Wipeout HD

From the main menu, to the voceovers, to the in-game graphics this game has its own unmistakeablesty1e. The music is great for racing and graphics just don't get much better than this on a console technically. Wipeout HD's swagger is apparent from the first loading screen.

Its the type of game that walks up and says: "'Sup dude, i'll be taking your loli now."

Valkyria Chronicles and Tales of Vesperia are two of the most gorgeous games on the market right now. Those are my personal favorites. I think the cel-shaded graphics or whatever you wanna call them are just so crisp and clean. Awesomeness.

I also love Fallout 3. I think the Wasteland is just so eerily beautiful. It really stirs up a lot of emotion in me.

Yeah, I'm amazed that it looks like that while running well on my four-year old rig. It had awesome music, too.

Anyway, most of mine have been said already (The Witcher might be my favourite), but I'll throw in A Vampyre Story, just to be different:

MGS4.

Raiden vs Vamp fight....best cutscene of the generation.

Has to be cryostasis, best game i've played this year;

I think Wipeout is overlooked by alot of people because it's a PSN game.

Bioshock's atmosphere was mind-blowing.

Valkyria Chronicles. Do yourselves a favour and play it.

Prince of Persia takes 2nd place.

Two of the most uniquely looking games of this gen. I'd mention Okami but it's technically last gen.

Crysis, MGS4, Kameo and TF2 imo.
