Huh? How so?
if its so easy, can you tell MS your secret so they can finally fix the problem
This topic is locked from further discussion.
And this is what happens when woodlands get ahold of technology.
Anyways I would never do that. If my 360 RROD'd I'd be willing to deal with it because I'd have so much unfinished games and many to look forward to. I can't say the same if I had a PS3 that broke because I'd have to look much farther.

Going to assume you're talking to the guy I quoted.
The fact this idiot is so stupid as to shoot something made of rigid plastic and metal at such close range with an assault rifle round (the heavy-hitting 7.62mm, no less, seeing as he's using an AKS-47) leads me to think that IF his claim is true, it's his fault.
He shouldn't even be allowed to own any weapon above a 9mm pistol, let alone something like a game console.

You either add a better clamp to the heatsink of the GPU or simply add some padding below the memory modules to stop the board from warping.
They might sound 'scary', you might think its 'totally above my head!', but its really not. It involved unscrewing the console, removing a heatsink, and then screwing another one on. The screws are spring loaded so you cant even mess up by overscrewing the console.
As to why M$ hasnt fixed it, i really dont know. It really is as simple as adding 4 rubber pads below the memory modules, or simply having a better clamp in the heatsink.
I love Youtube comments
"ps3 ownes 360 fact it has 40gb and upgradable to 60gb 360=20gb-fact. ps3 is twice as fast it runs at 1.3ghz 360 is only 700mhz-fact
yoy dont have to pay £5 for online and ps3 looks a lot better and it hardly ever brakes unlike 360 wich has a 33% brake rate and when u 360 terds do get the ring of fire 360 dont fix it 4 u coz they cant so u 360 *** heads can all stfu :]"Juggernaut140

Ugh, the AK is more reliable than the latter. Duh, even my dog knows that.So the guy complains about **** equipment, and then uses an AK.
At least he got out the AR later in the video.
Huff

....If the guy couldn't even figure out that he could have just propped it against the stump instead of litterally walking up and setting it up again every time he shot the thing...how'd you expect him to figure THAT out?

soo how comes an idiot like this gets an assault rifle?Enosh88
Come on now. Firearms and the US constitution? That's like butter on bread :)
You just need a per of arms and legs and enough IQ to drool the word "this" while blinking at a shotgun.
Actually, no. Leave out the arms and legs thing.
I've heard that after sending in your system for RRoD so many times, they give you a new system. Can anyone confirm this?bez2083
im on my 4th 360 the first 360 i had scratched discs so i got a new copy of gears, month of xbl (guaranteed in every repair), and a new console but that rrodedin the first hour i was on it, so my third 360 worked well for months until it got the lights and all of the repaired 360s i got were refurbished but my 4th 360 they gave me a new console and its been the longest since ive gotten the rrod.

Spend hundreds of dollars on a piece of hardware, and when it breaks and qualifies for a free repair, simply put it aside. brilliant.
