Wii is on the way up and a hella lotta fun. PSP is on the way down and not as much fun. I'm sure 99.9% of people will agreee with that. Not too difficult a choice.

Both the Wii and the PSP looks like fun, but I have no idea which one to get. i would choose the Wii. If you really wanted handheld, get a DS rather than a PSP because your ipod video would probably fulfil most multimedia functions offered by the PSP.

Yeah, by the way of the votes I think that is what I'm going to have to do. Hopefully it wont be too long till I get the rest of my money (I'm really close) and there are some Wiis in stock.

exactly what makes psp such a crappy choice for a handheld. ESPECIALLY if he has a video. if you wanna go for a handheld, get a ds, and f you want just those 2 choices, get a wii, its just easily the best choice you could make.

Feh, I'll have to say PSP at this point..ignore the fanboys, the game selection matches and in a number of genres surpasses the DS. Later on maybe I would recommend the Wii, but right now I really can't do so.

I wasnt saying he should get a PSP over a Wii. I was responding to the idiot that said this:

If he thinks he is in a position to speak for 99.9% of gamers then he is out of his mind. And the 91% is pretty much a given. If he made a poll that said which should I get, a PSP, a PS3, or a pile dog crap then this board would vote almost unanamously (well over 90%) that he should get a pile of dog crap. Thats why polls on here are meaningless if they include a sony product.
