I didnt say that at all, that was the other guy. I havent thrown any numbers at all. Neither did I say anything about SONY counting sales or bundles or watever bullsh*t you want to say.

yes thread is over, you cows have concluded that the 8,8 million Move sales are calculated by something other than controller move sales, that the Move has more than 1 standalone move game that has sold over a million, that Kinect has sold only 10 million compared to 8.8 based on the link, and that Sony really doesnt care about Move cause its not a big deal to get into the casual market. OH YEA....

I don't understand why you're so infatuated with the casual crowd. If you're a gamer, You have absolutely nothing to gain from MS if they focus on the Casual. Have you noticed the interesting correlation between the number of good games a system gets, and how heavily they focus on the casual audience? If MS makes the Nextbox literally the Kinectbox I will laugh straight at your face while you praise it as a business success. If MS tries to mimick Nintendo they'll get the hardware sales and the software desolation.

Kinect isn't going to spark a new ccasual craze like the Wii did anyway.. Nintendo already got that pie, and I don't see casuals wanting to buy multiple consoles each generation like core gamers anyway. Casuals are not really in it for the long term, they come and go.. It's just the sheer amount of them that bring in the money.

I think Sony already tried to mimmic with Wii and failed miserably with Move. So that answer is not valid.

4 player co-op split screen needs to come back, even better 4 player split screen online, teams of families playing against each other. I see the Ps3 as a single player console experience which is nice and all but when family or friends come around it the Wii that comes out, not because of the controller but because it has the most games that are multiplayer, and all those games dont take themselves too seriously, Their fun and thats it.

I think Sony is actually going to try and go ahead next gen as more of the "big kid" console next gen. They'll market it as the most graphically superior and the most mature games.(By mature i mean games with a mature rating.) They kinda are last in the casual crowd this gen anyway, while I think move games are superior to kinect, kinect seems to be a lot more well known.

They'll make casual games.

• ps2 - eyetoy
• ps3 - eyecam + Move
• ps4? - I'm guessing eyecam related.

Hmmmm, well if we look at Sony's lineup of exclusives they're targetted specifically at the casuals.

None of them are hard to beat. None of them are hard to get into. Some are movie-esque nearly playing themselves at times. Also, lots of them are shooters.

The problem is that they're trying to compete with bigger companies creating better products in that field.
