Actually, I'm hype for Death Stranding mainly because it's all a mystery at this time and I like the way Kojima isn't showing much.

I’m not a playstation customer so I’m unaffected. Wouldn’t be on my radar if it were multiplat anyway. Looks pretentiously artsy and affected. In other words, dumb.

I'm more amazed if any hardcore Sony fans take this game seriously if it turns out to be underwhelming. I don't even see this game being GOTY material but I am taking a liking what I seeing so far. I for one am looking forward to playing it day one!

No shit - of course no one is actually going to jump off a cliff; yet it's all figurative speech here illustrating perfectly well just how emotional some of you are over a video game.

And like I said before, getting emotional and smashing a gaming console is equally petty. Something tells me the person that smashed the PS4 was bound to smash it regardless, and he was just looking for a reason to get the attention. Smashing game consoles is nothing new. You can find a Youtube video out there for literally any gaming console that feature people smashing them up, because it gets them attention.

If Death Stranding flops, I will slap everyone in the whole world. Or maybe I'll just laugh.

Nothing as many games have flopped during generations 3,4,5,6,7,8 and I have survived.

Death Stranding seems to be headed to cult classic in the future.

Short version: It won’t. Game Journalists love Kojima, Normal Reedus, Mads and they want to bash Konami.

You also have to remember they are hardcore Es-Jay-DoubleU which means this game is getting 10’s across the board.

It will deserve 10’s because it will be an awesome game, but I am not going to pretend game journalists will even play the damn thing. They might touch it for 30 minutes and slap 10’s on it.

They probably already have their reviews written and ready to post as we speak.

I would laugh at the people hyping a game they know nothing about just because an overrated dude took the lead in the project. Kojima is overrated
