What would you rate BF3 and MW3 out of 10

BF3 is 9/10 for me, would be a 10 but it still has some quirks and issues. Despite that it's one of my favourite games of all time, can't stop playing.

Dunno about MW3, great games but got tired of the formula around MW1 already, it just doesn't have the variety BF offers.

It absolutely was fresh, which is impressive considering how oversaturated the FPS genre is. Activision is one of the few publishers that still cares about originality and not just milking a franchise 'till the teet is dry. I mean, it may look like the same ol' COD on the surface, but once you look deeper, you'll find a very fresh experience.

I like to keep my ratings simple & uncomplicated. If I like a game, it gets an 8/10. If I dislike a game, it gets a 1/10. In extremely rare cases I will give a 9/10 to nearly perfect games.

I rate Battlefield 3 1/10. I rate Modern Warfare 3 8/10.

Seriously I'd rate MW3 - 7.0 and BF3 - 7.5

I'd give BF3 an 8 and MW3 8.5.

BF3: 8.5/10

8.5 sounds about right for BF3. It's multiplayer is just straight up godly, one of the best I've played. The campaign is atrocious though.

7.0 for MW3. It's the same old s*** but it can be fun from time to time.

7.5 for the both of them. The current-day warfare theme is starting to get old on me too.

I think its kinda funny how public opinion of BF3 has dropped since it came out. I remember before, the BF fanboys pretty much swarmed everywhere. Now I'm seeing just as much people liking MW3 more then BF3 as I see people liking BF3 more then MW3.

To be honest, I don't blame them. BF3 I think got WAY overhyped, and disappointed me in the same way MW2 did back in 2009. I ended up thinking it would be my favorite game this year, and its barely number 5 in my top 5 (though MW2 I thought was pretty good and made my top 3).

I still have a blast with it though, but I guess its good to know people aren't riding the hype past release. Its a good game, nothing more, same with MW3. Neither are particularly spectacular, both are fun, and for different people.

Console gamers will give MW3 a higher score as BF3 isnt really that great on consoles ( just like MW3 isnt that great on any platform ) and because a great many of them are console fanboys, while PC gamers will rate BF3 higher because the PC version of BF3 is fairly decent. Personally i dont think either of them deserve the attention they get.

Yeah I enjoy MW3 and I have it on PC. To be honest, I would have gotten it on console since its not too great on PC (the same game, minus the splitscreen that makes it such a blast on consoles). But I think BF3 fanboy elitists should probably learn what "opinions" are and get off the high horse. Both are fun, if you don't like one that's great, it won't stop people from liking it any less or change the equal review score it has. Even though I spend more time playing BF3 on PC then I do MW3, I'm not an a**hole about what I like and how everyone should like what I like just because I like it.

battlefield 3 is a good 8.5

IDK about mw3 as i havent played it. but i predict it will be a 7 for me since it looks like an exact mw2 clone from what ive seen.
