Whatever happened to the bald guy that MS had!

They brought him out with the orginal Xbox and again with the Xbox 360, I forgot this name.  Im curious what happned to him because MS should get him back.  I think its funny Phill Spencer is busy putting out fires for MS and he had to do the same thing for Sony back in 2006.

If I remember correctly he was heavily involved in Zune and XNA, which weren't exactly Microsoft's most successful endeavors.

J. Allard was actually a pretty cool guy.  I could tell he cared about games!  MS lost a good guy when they let him go.
