In terms of all three consoles out... think about what's worse..

The hardware breaking down (360)

Mini-games (Wii)

or

Less Games (Ps3)

What's worse to you?

What's worse is when people take something about the console and blow it out of proportion to make the console/library/whatever seem worse than it really is.
What's WORST is when it's passed off as fact.

Not Even Bashing Ps3 less games - because what else do you buy a GAME system for if theres nothing to play on it

I think the hardware is the worse XD. The others seem to be lacking games and that's it. That can be fixed easily.

Less games. You can always get a warranty or get your console fixed.

Dont buy mini games if you dont like them and buy a console when it has enough games you like...

Then your left with the only actual problem... systems breaking down.

Increased hardware failure rates are the worst trend.

If I wanted to play on a chronically unreliable platform, I'd be a PC gamer.

Not all of the 360s break.

The PS3 will get more games.

And like someone said before there are only 6 mini-game games on the Wii.

and yet somehow if you have even the slightest of interest of knowing how a pc works...you can fix 75 percent of the problems if you have the budget for serious problems....which is almost always an isolated problem that can be fix mighty easly if you know what your doing

Wii Sports is a sports game.

WarioWare: Smooth Moves
Wii Play
Rayman Raving Rabbids
Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz

...Are the only Mini-game games on the Wii, I checked gamespot's list...I thought there were more...

But there are a good number on the way.

SMB:BB isn't a mini games collection, is an arcade plataformer with Mini games as extra, kinda like S&tSR.

There is even less than six!? Not to mention all of those games are great fun with friends. Super Monkey Ball not as much but its single player makes up for it. :D

Anyone who thinks the Wii only has minigame games on it are completely blind and need to check their fanboyism at the door.

Gamespot calls each of the games including SMB:BB a 'party game', which I guess means mini-game game but I can agree with some of the platformer parts. The good portion of the game does have alot of minigames aswell,

Well, the games have 2 parts, the main game which is a pretty challenging arcade plataformer, with complete levels, bosses battles, etc. And a party mode with mini games, many unlockable through the main game.

Off the top of my head I can think of...

Wii Sports
Madden NFL 07
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07
Super Swing Golf
SSX Blur

those are 5 sports games, which are 1 more than there are mini-game games. I guess that puts to rest the 'mini-game console' arguement.

Quality over mini amounts of quantity.

Which is why the PC still gets the most AAA/AA/A games in every genre and both the 360 and PS3 are trying to be more like the PC?

for less games - you can always have more games later

for mini-games - you can always have some non-mini games

for hardware breaks - you can always fix your hardware, but wait .... it's been more than 1 year, and problem still exists, so I guess that means, it's a permanent problem

final verdict: the hardware breaks won

congradulations

and to those really getting used to it, you guys are warriors, injecting the fuel to make this business running, I salute you !

1- THe wii has like 6 minigames, and has like way more games that arent minigames. In its future lineup no where does that lineup include somewhere between 30-50% of just minigames. Fanboys are overreacting on that.

2- 360 does have hardware problems, but its not an epidemic. If it was 360s wouldnt sell it would get the worst rep by every source of media. I mean comeon its Microsoft, they would get chewed up if there system broke way to much. Mine has lasted me since Launch.

3- PS3 has games and has more coming.

None of these are epidemics. Just stupid blind fanboy statements used to bash the other consoles, which hold no legit merits.

agreed, mini games should not be used to make a whole game, it was fun with mario party 1... but 8 9 and 10!!! CMON!!!

it seems nintendo's seemingly best games are minigame.... games... ala warioware getting a 9.0

Considering that with broken hardware, you waste time trying to get it fixed and stuff, I go with that. If there's no games or you don't like mini games, at least you can use that time to do something else. The feeling of wanting to play a game but you can't cause your hardware is fried is just horrible.
