I thought Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes was pretty well done. AlexSheepYea i forgot about that... but i never played the original. Oh well.
Resident Evil for GameCube and MGS: The Twin Snakes for GameCube. Also Twilight Princess was a great remake of OCarina of Time which was a great remake of A Link to the PAst.

the only remakes ive played are Conkers live and reloaded, RE4: Wii Edition, and NGS. Id say either NGS or RE4.
