what's the hype for halo: odst?

I would say AA.

Most will saythe hype is AAA because it's halo. But if you think about it, it's an expansion pack with the same old graphics (no problem for me), short single player and multiplayer maps from halo: 3.

I love halo, but it's getting more and more difficult for a game to receive AAA here, and i don't know, but IMO, halo: odst isn't new and refreshing enough to require an 9.0. And both halo 2 and halo 3 were worse in single player then halo:ce (although i really liked them), why would it suddenly change?

o, and i love halo but i think halo: reach will be the next big thing!

ODST will be AAA, Bungie is god. and 2M + in 1 - 2 week of sale

Going by Bungie's track record we see that they've made three of the highest scoring games of all time, and all of which earned many awards.

I would say AA. It will be a great game but the lack of a new engine and the short sp campaign will make it score lower than the other halos

I am a lem.. I still think the game will be good and probably AAA to me, but the reviews won't see it.

Low AA hype ( 8.0 / 10.0 )for me.

i think it will get 8.5-9.5 with new campaign but short but with firefight and the whole halo multiplayer experience its a winner imo

1) all the halo shooters so far have been pure gold

2) halo 3 is easily in the top 5 online games for consoles

3) ODST is now a full game, and has all the map packs

4) new story, co-op

5) ITS HALO, when has a halo game been bad???

I'm just gonna buy the game and enjoy it. :D

AAA new MP, + story mode actually looks like its gonna be alot better then Halo 2/3, and might even rival Halo CE.

it doesn't matter, if this game is crap..its still going to sell well...

Considering they went with the name "Halo" it will be AAA.

What my brain says; 8.5 or 9.0

What my heart says; 9.5 or 10

If they do review this, I hope they focus more on the the main story mode and less on the multiplayer unlike last time.-TheDragon-
