what's the hype for halo: odst?

If it exceeds expectations it will garner 9.0.

My take however is it will be AA: the hype on this next installment of the Halo series is very low (considering it is Halo). The Halo name got tarnished with Wars, no one talks about the E3 showing of ODST. But then again it is Bungie. But since Halo 3 there are a load of games FPS or not, that has got gaming to another level of excellence. In terms of presentation(Killzone 2), in terms of cinematic narration (MGS4), in terms of cinematic storytelling (Bioshock, Uncharted). Halo ODST will have to not only step out of the shadow of Halo 3, but have to step out a few generations of excellent games. What it will excel at is the online component naturally, that aspect will assure its AA status.

Bungie did not make halo wars and it is not a bad game mostly AA scores. Reach wit be beast though.
