my n64 lasted longer than my gamecube. the motor on the gc died, and years later, i think the n64 played its last game of conkers bad fur day. all those "tricks" like blowing in the cartridge, game slot, expansion slot, turning it on and off rapidly, holding it in the on position didn't work anymore. my brother has a ps2, went through at least two, not sure if it was three. don't know if it still works. wii still works but sometimes takes long to start up, 3ds is still new, ps3 is used everyday for netflix. my first game for gamecube was that first spiderman game lol. goldeneye 007 was bundled with the 64, dont know how it happened, but that game cartridge broke. one side is like pried open a bit.

This PS2 slim has lasted me about 5 years now. Definitely the longest lasting PS2 I've ever had. PS3 is only 3 years old.

My Intellivision is 32 years old I think, and my Genesis is 19 years old.

N64- 16 years

GameCube- 10 years

Xbox- 11 years

Wii- 6 years

My 360 lasted 6 years before it broke. :/

NeonNinja

Your 360 lasted 6 years? Wow!

I lost count of how many 360s i went through. Luckily most were still in warranty, since they're under 3 years of warranty where I live.

My longest lasting consoles are:

NES still works today I think.

N64 still works great

Gamecube still works perfectly fine

the most long lived is my NES, which is about 26ish years old. the toughest console I have is my N64. My daughter dumped coke into it one day in the car and it still runs fine. Wish my 360 could have lasted more than 2 years. sigh

Pretty sure my N64 still works, haven't turned it on in a while though.

I know my Gameboy Color still works though.
