Underrated/Overrated - Because surely every game you don't like would be overrated, and every game you do would be underrated. Too bad it's not you writing the review.

Kiddy - As if the people reviewing the games aren't older than the people bashing them, and on top of that what is keeping you from liking a game with colors, and no foul language? Insecurity? Being 13 years old makes you too old to play Mario?

Hardcore/casual - The self-pronounced hardcore gamers are never hardcore, and it's annoying to see them put down casual gamers as if they shouldn't be allowed to have fun.

Console graphics king - Because competing for the best looking linear, corridor shooter is laughable.

And a personal phrase I don't like.

"I don't like the game, but I can see why it got good reviews" Just no......

I find that so annoying. Usually the only people that call a game a flop are the ones who haven't played it and go strictly by review scores.

My second favorite is the people that lie and say they have standards. Because they are usually the ones that say the first part and list a game that clearly would only fit the first part if you lowered your standards :|jg4xchamp

Definitely flop. Maybe if people here could stop hyping up every major game release, we won't get dozens of 'so-and-so: 8.0 = FLOP!' threads after reviews come out.

There's only one problem I have with the word flop. See, I'm 100% ok with describing a game that doesn't meet hype as a flop because that's the definition

But I absolutely hate when people hate on a game for being a flop. I mean what's with putting down a game like Heavy Rain or Alan Wake just because it is a flop? You're right. It didn't reach 9.0 as expected, but it still got a "Great" review.

That annoys me the most.

Words I dont like:

Manticore = ZZZ! get away from SW its not fun with you kids around

Foliage = Give it a rest

Exclusive = Should die

GUFU = :o

Fact/Opinion actually.

Because people call their opinions "facts" or call facts somebody elses "opinion" to gain the upper hand in an already doomed argument.

Probably "AAAAA GOTY" or something like that... especially before the game is out.

I hate it when people get into an argument, sometimes good, and then they pop in the two words "Fact/Opinion". "Well that's just your opinion." "No, it's a fact." Maybe it is. Why don't you try to back up your argument with more facts, or try to come up with something more reasonable. We know it's a fact/opinion. We don't need anyone to spell it out for us. majadamus

"Cows", "Lemmings", and "Sheep". "Flop" is okay with me, considering using the term offline wouldn't sound that bad. Yet try describing fanboys offline to someone using animal names and see how cool that goes. It's just cringe worthy every time someone seriously uses it.
