What's the most "Feel Good" game available, and what console is it on?

I like Bioshock, but it's not exactly a "feel good" game.

Neither is most of the highest rated games this gen.

I think MGS4 is kind of a "Feel good" game, but you know, it's kind of soured by the tragedy of the whole matter too.

World of Goo (PC/WiiWare). If you don't crack a smile at least once while playing it, you have no soul.

Either resort or boom blox. Both make you feel...well, good.

Super Mario Galaxy, Valkyria Chronicles, Chrono Trigger, probably a few more. I think you raise an interesting point. Just because a game is fun doesn't mean it's particularly pleasant, just like a great movie doesn't have to be a feel-good movie.

SMG and LBP, Wii/PS3. I felt like I was 7 again playing SMG and LBP is just an awesome game.

Oh, and Viking: Battle for Asgard. That game + Amon Amarth = epic Viking slaughter. That's a good feeling for me ^^

Gears of War.

I like to play God of War/Devil May Cry/ Ninja Gaiden games for "feel good" games. If I crank up the difficulty on those, it turns into a "feel like kicking my TV", but its still fun

Batman AA is kind of feel good, because you are in the shoes of an established hero who you are likely to be very familiar with.

Just try and forget about all those people that you can't save and end up getting muderded. :P

Any katamari game

prototype might not be all sunshine and lollipops, but i certainly felt pretty good about throwing around tanks and jumping off really high buildings while playing it

in the more traditional sense, you cant lose with a little tony hawk 2

I want to nominate Little Big Planet.

Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction. Captain Qwark is pretty funny, "No! Don't kill me! I'm too handsome to die!' lol.

Monkey Island is also a 'feel good' game.

for the PSP i would suggest Harvey Birdman. hahaha.

but for old time's sakes, there's Beavis and Butthead, some of 'em SImpson's games, etc.

Katamari Damacy is a good one. :)

Lost Wind, Rune Factory: Frontier, SMG, The last man some ps3 download game, Wii Sports Resort, Nyxx Quest, that's about all I have for now.

Shadow Complex. I remembered myself playing Super Metroid as a child. Good times.
