Super Mario Galaxy, Valkyria Chronicles, Chrono Trigger, probably a few more. I think you raise an interesting point. Just because a game is fun doesn't mean it's particularly pleasant, just like a great movie doesn't have to be a feel-good movie.

A personal pick of mine is Flatout: Ultimate Carnage. Makes me feel good in an evil way.
I agree with that, carning and chaotic racing putting a smile on your face. And MotorStorm / Pacific Rift for that matter. Even PGR4, you feel like an absolute pro, when chaining together huge amounts of kudos.
Anybody mention Kameo: Elements of Power? It's one of Rare's best games this generation (in my opinion). Controls are little bizarre but doesn't really hinder the cheerful platforming fun.

Oblivion. I can play it, get immersed, and love it all over again several times (of course with mods obviously). It makes me feel good, like almost like I'm living another life where I'm all-powerful and there's less consequences.
Feel good game? So anything that doesn't involve gore and dismemberment, though some may find such games as 'feel good' :P For me LBP and Flower come to mind, latter being a more feel good game because there are no high scores, no difficulty and certainly no deaths.
