What's the one announcement you're dying to hear?

I would like to hear they will make it possible to buy a hard copy of Half Life 2: Episode 2 without being forced to buy Half Life 2 and Episode 1 all over again.

And yes, a FF7 remake would rock.

What's the one announcement from any developer that you're dying to hear? Chrono Break perhaps? Diablo 3?

For me it'd have to be:

You don't show a tech demo, tease the hell out of me and every massive FFVII fan, then not announce the full remake.

This game would be the worst thing ever for any fans hoping to see a big budget game other then Final Fantasy/Dragon Quest. The Final Fantasy series is becoming a cancer upon the RPG world.

I think there's definitely gonna be another major Halo game (apart from Halo Wars) on the 360. I mean, it's MS' main franchise. Xbox wouldn't be as big without Halo.

I think they'll announce a Halo 4 sometime next year.

Seriously though it would have to be Warren Spector is going to work on Deus Ex 3 instead of Disney shovelware.

and/or Psychonauts 2.

Any of these announcements would make me jump for joy.

Brawl online (just....say it...already....end this....paranoia), and a DS Fire Emblem.

I obviously don't give a **** about WoW, or the SC franchise.

For Nintendo to announce that they no longer will be considered a game/console company and they in doing so will discontinue thier tired/old/drained franchises to allow real games to be made.

To some degree there's going to be some lowest common denominator effect because we're going to be testing these every day on all of the platforms, and it's going to be "Dammit it's out of memory on the PS3 again, go crunch some things down" That's probably going to be the sore spot for all of this but because we're continuous builds on all of these we're going to be fighting these battles as we go rather than build these things out and go, "Oh my God we're so far away from running on there." and no there are no other great games besides the ones i mentioned so far. some look ok but i can make due without. that is not the case with the ones mentioned above.

Now you know what it feels like for sheep who looked forward to "Mario 128" for the Gamecube. -_-

Anyway, I'm hoping for either a Diablo III announcement or better yet an announcement that SSBB will be online enabled for 1-4 players, without friend codes, with leaderboards, and tournaments hosted constantly by Nintendo.

Either Final Fantasy is in the 360, Skies of Arcadia 2 is coming out, or that MGS4 is also coming to 360.
