Whats the reason of Xbox one failing this gen?

xbox one is far from failing. anyone thinking otherwise is just trolling.

According to MS's own expectations, xbox one did in fact fail.

So I guess MS was trolling, and trolled themselves as well as xbox fans when they hyped xbox one exclusives then took them away from xbox fans when their expectations weren't met.

For me personally it is just about exclusives, Xbox 360 was hands down my favorite system of last gen, and is up there with the NES and PS2 as one of my all time favorite consoles. They had tons of great exclusives and their xbox arcade service gave rise to the indie game scene which is now thriving more than ever.

For this gen, I own a PC and currently the only x1 game that I don't have access to is Halo 5, I would love to play it but it is not worth buying a system for, the other exclusives are all available on PC so it is not worth the money.

PS4 and switch both have a good selection of exlcusive games and thats why I own them, given the chance for any multiplat I will always take the PC version and thats why the X1 is not worth it for me.

I think you’re reaching awfully far my man. I will say that between my pc and PS4 I’m able to satisfy all my gaming needs which includes VR.

If I was only stuck with an Xbox, well I think all the defensive, delusional posts by our resident lems speak for themselves. It’s sad times in lem land when all you guys do is type up quick defensive posts that reek of delusion and buyers remorse lol. Happy to have dumped that useless turd box years ago :)

Hardly any exclusives and the ones that came out were mostly boring and uninteresting flops

I love the alt accusations from people who are losing arguments. Nice failed attempts at delegitimizing anything I have to say.

And... I notice you have no evidence to counteract anything I said. Dude, you could at least have left it alone if you wanted to save face; I'm pretty certain everyone forgot about the conversation we had by this point. Sometimes, it's better to let something be forgotten than to try to salvage it; a lesson you should learn.

So, when you have some evidence to support anything you're saying (the alt accusation, the bit about me crying, the idea the Switch is not a console), please feel free to post it. Otherwise, please stop spamming.

Selling 40 million consoles isn't failing. Now if it only sold 13 million like the Wii U, then yes it would be a failure.
