NES, SNES, GameBoy, N64, Gameboy Color, PS1, PS2, GameCube, PC (got bored of console and into MMOs!), DS Lite, Wii, PS3.

Still crave alot of Roleplaying/Exploration games. I guess from Zelda and Metroid on the NES. Have fond memories of Dragon Warrior, Sage 7(?) and Actraisers. Then of course I played almost all the Final Fantasies, Chrono Trigger and really didn't diviate much from RPGs. Even on the PC my first MMO was Final Fantasy and then later WoW (which wanted to take over my life, me and my friends only saw each other online for about a month!). Played Contact and now Zelda on teh DS. Did all the first party stuff on the Wii so far. Still waiting for a good RPG for the PS3!!!

EDIT: Playing RC and SMG ATM and going to get Uncharted and/or Eye of Judgement next.

Amiga -> Genesis -> Gameboy Color -> Playstation -> Game Gear ->Gameboy Advance -> Playstation 2 -> Xbox -> Gamecube -> Wii -> 360. The only systems on this list I still have are Gameboy Color, Playstation (but not the one I originally owned), Xbox, and 360. I play PC games sometimes, but not enough that it really counts. Iwish I had a lot of these back.

The game that stands out to me single-handedly would have to be...Sonic 2 for the Genesis or a game called Kingof Chicago for the Amiga. Or Freddy's Big Top Circus (something to that effect) for the Amiga. All excellent games.

I've been gaming since 1977, I've had: Atari, Colecovision,Intellevision, Nintendo, and later on PS1, PS2 and XBOX. I currently own a 360, and see no reason to own anything else. I feel that MS are the true innovators of this gen and are pushing the whole console experience forward with XBL http://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/ and the XBL community. I truly believe that MSis putting gamers first.

I forgot about Dreamcast. I had a Dreamcast between PS1 and PS2.

NES, SNES, GameBoy Pocket, N64, PSOne, GCN, PS2, GBA, NDS, PSP, Wii, PS3 and next week, Im getting an Xbox360. :D

My best gaming memories are from the NES and SNES days. Back then, my dad and I used to play games together all the time. The N64 and PSOne era was pretty sweet as well. As you can probably guess, I'm a die hard Nintendo and Playstation fan as I've grown with them. Never been really interested in the Xbox or Xbox 360 until recently. In fact, im getting my 360 next week.

I got my first game consol on my 5th birthday; it was a Sega Genesis and it was my first love involving video games. I loved that system dearly, I probably owned around 30 games and had rented probably 100 in the time that I owned it. Overall it gave me a good feel for other genres and types of gameplay that would set the stage for my preferences later on. I later got a SNES when I was about 8 or so and I absolutely loved this consol to. I was introduced to games like Mario, DK, Kirby, and the rest of the Nintendo crew as a result of of owning this system. During the time I owned my SNES I still owned my Genesis and still liked it slightly better then my SNES at the time. This all changes when during Christmas od 1996 I got possibly the greatest Christmas gift I've ever got: a N64.

The N64 to this very day is and may always be my favorite gaming consol of all time. In the course of owning this system I probably played 3/4 of the entire game library and owed a total of 50-65 games for it. Unlike my Genesis and my SNES which I eventually sold, I refuse to ever sell my original N64.

My tastes in gaming changed quite a bit as a result of buying a PS1 the day the PS2 came out in 2000. I bought this system and was for the first time introduced to the RPG genre. I played all the FFs for the PS and a few other memorable RPGs that were released for it. I also fell in love with the Racing genre which I has liked before but because of games like Gran Turismo and NFS I was smitten. The PS2 also strengthen this in me, but on the flip side it also decreased my like of RPGs(I really haven't liked any of the Square titles or last gen, or this gen RPGs).

Right now the majority of games I like are Racing and FPS games. I also like games like Guitar Hero and puzzle games. Here is a list(in order) of every system I've ever owned:

1.Sega Genesis

2.SNES

3.N64

4.NES

5.Gameboy(GB)

6.GB Color

7.Sega Dreamcast

8.PS1

9.PS2

10.GB Advanced

11.Gamecube

12.Sega Saturn

13.XBOX

14.PSP

15.Nintendo Wii

16.XBOX 360

When I was really young, I just gamed on the PC. Wolfenstein, Quake, Doom, and the such were all my favorite games. Don't know why, but when I was just a kid, I really liked violent games.

Ironically, I got an N64 next, and my favorite games on it were Kirby 64, Mario 64, Ocarina of Time, DK 64, and just about every game featuring Nintendo characteres in existence. I borroweda PS1 frequently, but never saw enough quality games on it to warrent a full purchase.

Then I got a GC and a PS2. I have to say, the GC supplied me with much more entertainment than the PS2 did. However now, in our current gen, due to thedissapointment the PS3 has been, I've lately gotten into my PS2 a lot and started playing a lot of the games I didn't have a chance to play back then due to all my money and time being taken up by the GC.

Now I have a Wii and a 360, and I have not regretted either purchase. :D

As for handhelds, I've had every single Nintendo one since the original Gameboy except for the Gameboy pocket and theGBA micro. I currently play my DS and though I own a PSP, I rarely use it.

I believe I'm the only person on here to have owned an Amiga. Does anyone even know what those are these days? Probably the most freaking awesome computer made.
