Hmm... hard to choose.
Yoshi's Island and Tetris Attack are some of my favorites. TA however is just YI's music, but fit with a more faster tempo, and new music too, to accomodate the fast pace of Tetris Attack and add to the sudden pressure that can arise at any moment. :P
Also Final Fantasy VII or IX are some of my personal favs along with X.
Shadow of the Colossus.Masashi Hamauzu and Nobuo Uematsu, of SaGa Frontier 2 and Final Fantasy are also incredible.
it was composed by a Japanese guy, Kow Otani. seriously, this dude can be compared to Mozart.

[QUOTE="Panzer_Zwei"]Dracula X: Nocturne in the Moonlight.I haven't played Dracula X, but if it's anything like SOTN I would probably love it.It's the same game. The original name of Symphony of the Night.

[QUOTE="Panzer_Zwei"]Dracula X: Nocturne in the Moonlight.Oh, I like Castlevania Music... (This is that Castlevania game right. >.> for the PC engine or something I think... ) Err I think From the ones I've played Aria of Sorrow had some of my favorites. The PC-Engine one is Dracula X: Rondo of Blood, Nocturne in the Moonlight is Symphony of the Night. They just changed the name.
