oh and also, it's a pitty nobody asks you what you'd like for christmas. i still ask my friends, both those who are uncool enough to live with their parents and those who moved out. oh, and i get asked too :)
You were doing it sarcastically. Don't actas ifyou weren't. I never said you lived with your parents...in fact, i never even regarded anyones parents. I simply stated that "I don't get a christmas because i live on my own". People then proceeded to jump all over what i said and make assumptions.
I live very far away from my friends. Also, Commanding officers, Senior Chiefs, and Admirals don't classify as friends in most regards. I never once stated it was uncool to live with your parents. You started that argument. I said that alot of kids must be on here because i'm not used to be around people with "Christmas lists". Never once did i say it was uncool to live with your parents...you did. It's your words that got you here, not mine. Good for you. ;)

But yeh, i guess i was the one that started the argument with my 'sarcastic' tone. you were clearly just trying to have a friendly conversation with all the 'kids' around you papa bear. I'm not deployed atm. And I'm in the Navy, thanks. Navy Special Warfare in fact (in other words Navy SEALS, NavyEOD,Navy Diver,and SWCC).
Friendly conversation? What on System Wars ever amounts to a friendly conversation? That's like asking a terrorist to sit down with George Bush for a beer. I like playing video games when i'm not deployed...so sue me. I don't have a christmas list because i hate nobody to give it to. Maybe the kid comment was a little condescending but what do you think when you go into a group of people and hear them talking about nothing but their Christmas list? Don't act as if you wouldn't think the same thing unless you're a part of that group. I made an observation. I'm not going to apologize for it because it's probably true. Nor will i carry this any further because we simply aren't getting anywhere. And we're quoting way too much...i'm going to stop now.
