When Bioshock scores AAA on 360.How will PS3 owners DEPRIVE themselfs any longer

I admit, it will be better on PC, thats a FACT, but almost nobody will be able to play this nicely because most people dont have high-end systems.

Either way, there is ANOTHER group who claim any game is automatically better when you add their magic to it...

It's not a fact, and it never will be. There will always be people who prefer consoles.

Na it will better on consoles simply for the smoother movement of your character.

Sure the PC has mods and the mouse for aiming, but I like a better overall expierence.

Hmm, first time I have heard someone cite the smoother movement as a huge deal. Frankly the difference between moving on a console and moving on a computer has never really bothered me. I much prefer being able to aim quickly and efficiently to being able to strafe a tiny bit better.

Offcourse, that doesnt make PC better, PC wont see the light of many games, and for the kid who just about earns enough to pay his Uni fees, its going to be console. And either way, do you expect games like Ninja Gaiden to make it to the PC?

Being better on the PC is an opinion. Some people might prefer console controllers to a keyboard and mouse.

They can use a console controller on the PC. Plus you get the modding community.

and the PC version is $10 cheaper.

Exactly my sentiments, people fail to realize that unless your backing a dual core processor 2 gigs of ram, a beefy graphic card, your chances of running and actually enjoying the game, are running slim =/.

ummm I am pretty sure that I read that the PC and the 360 versions of Bioshock are gonna be 2 diff games. I think it was in my GFW ( games for windows mag )shaggymcp

the PC version is getting a new, more traditional inventory system, thats desgned to be browsed through by a mouse. Thats pretty much the only difference.

Bad port, but with the patch its perfectly fine even with the keyboard-only controls

I disagree, KB/M works best for everything. I can't imagine playing a twitch shooter with a pad, but having played single player on both PC and console I am going to stick with PC.

Oh please, this is pathetic, gman is right, pc ports for the most part tend to be horrendous, obviously you do not remember Silent hill 4's fantastic pc port, what a great game, or how about Metal gear Solid's fantastic pc port, or Psychonauts Flawless pc port. (btw those were all jokes the console counterparts were clearly the better games.) Another terrible pc port Devil may Cry 3.

Cmon man the term port in general tenatively implies lower quality and for good reason, because they almost always are BAD PORTS. Ghost Recon For the xbox 360 and Pc, bad pc port.

I could go on, but someone needs to drop it....=P

It's a LOCK that Bioshock will be AAA #7 for 360.

And it may end up being a HIGH AAA that us PC/360 owners will be going nuts to have this masterpiece.

Sure go ahead say Bioshock is no lock for AAA. But you know in the back of your minds you know this game stands a HUGE chance of being a LOCK at being AAA and a high one at that.

So how much more can Sony fans endure before they CAVE and just can not deprive themselves of the 360 and is masterful online setup and it's PLETHORA of AA-AAA titles???

I'm thinking Bioshock will score AA overall, GameSpot will probably score it high 9.0 - AAA. I don't think BioShock will be an AAA game, though. Too much hype and too little gameplay. It looks repetative, clunky, and slow. I'm thinking 8.0.

This is a ridiculous thread. I have a PS3 and a good PC. I'm NOT missing out on Bioshock at all. In fact, I'm anticipating it. But I plan to get it on the PC instead of the 360. This is why you can't consider console/PC games "exclusive".

Actually, the fact that a significant portion of future 360 games that I'm anticipating are/will most likely appear on PC as well was significant in my decision to purchase the PS3 instead. I'm anticipating Mass Effect hugely, but just like KOTOR and Jade Empire, a more polished PC version will most likely come out, and I'll be right there to snatch it up, in addition to the mods that will most definetely show up.

Erm.. Well, lets see... Bioshock will suck, it won't be an AAA, more like a low AA, and if it IS any good, then we'll just go and buy it on PC (as well as practically all good 360 games, it's available on the PC. Lets see, Overlord, Lost Planet, Prey, Bioshock, etc... ALL ON PC!!!)
