waiting half a year just for a good game is bad and is also the worst console I have ever played...ill add the games if you want



When did you start gaming? There were a lot worse systems then N64. You must really like that PC.

SNES is like the best system I ever owned. :P Hard to do better than that.

Why? Because suddenly cows became the minority? As I remember it, the days before E3 were far less pleasant than those after!

right now in System Wars thiers like 10 cows(including me) left...its a Sheep and Lemming Paridice

I am a cow and proud of it.

I never feel the need to attack another system to make myself feel happy with my purchase of a PS3 the way it seems like Lemmings have to do so they can feel happy about having a 360. I mean if you are really happy with the system you have why would you have to bash another system? Just shutup and go enjoy your system

No responsible adult should waste their hard earned money on a $600 grill.

Let's say they cut the cost of a Mercedes from $100,000 to $60,000. I still wouldn't have $60,000, despite the discount.

Precisely. Hell, $250 is a lot of money...I don't need or care about Blu Ray, so why would I spend twice what I spent on a Wii just to play games?

Yeah, Square is a key company in keeping a system good. The N64 had lots of good games, but the PS1had lots of better games (in my own opinion at least). Part of Nintendo's that-gen problem: It didn't have the same company's it did on the SNES.

But the biggest issue it had was the third party exodous away from Nintendo and towards Sony.  The Playstation played a key part in the 64's game quantities.

So I guess that means no responsible adult should waste $400 on a grill the also breaks frequently. The PS3 may get hot but at least they don't break as easy as a 360.

well that just goes to show that the loyalty for SONY amongst cows is not as great as it appeared pre-E3.

I think he's really into RPGs. Based on sig and previous posts. Not that I'm not, but there were still SNES and computer RPGs during that gen.

indeed, and the consoles weren't so expensive that you couldn't also own a PS1. Though, other than Ogre Battle 64 and Paper Mario, there weren't nearly enough good RPGs on the N64 - but then with the Zelda games, N64 had the best action-RPGs of the gen.

For me it started with the death of the Dreamcast. Then the years of lies, deceit and misinformation from Sony and the strange blind loyalty from the cows just add up to one big sick feeling. And, god help me, i bought a ps3 despite huge warnings in my gut, and now i am paying for that weakness with a $600 paperweight that has no good games and can barley play a blu ray movie without locking up.

Straight up, some people think their money is worth more than it actually is. If you want a cheap hobby, don't play golf and don't be a gamer. It's that simple.

The reason Microsoft has to suck it up and deliver more than anyone else is because they shafted consumers with that lovely Windows 2000/ME fiasco, a year before XP. "We got something new in the works, but HP, Dell, Gateway, and all you other Microsoft customers out there, buy this in the meantime..." Face it, their public image has been run through the mud, antitrust lawsuits, monopolistic practices...

Yet everyone is already calling Sony's machine a failure, and we haven't even given it the chance to prove itself...
