Another advantage Xbox has is lower quality games. If you play great games you will get spoiled and not enjoy other great games as much. But if you have an Xbox and play stuff like Ryse, Sunset overdrive and Quantum Break you will enjoy Red Dead 2 so much more.

Have you played any of those games? I've only played Ryse, and SSOD, but liked playing both of them

Having a contrast is nice. Allows you to appreciate a quality game.

System Wars needs all the traffic it can get - tis but a shadow of its former self.

Why is that?
There is a lot of chatter here about how Xbox One has a limited number of AAAE titles, at least compared to PS4. Many people here paint that as a bad thing for Xbox One, but I am beginning to think that less is actually more.
For example, I have a busy life, so I don't have 5-6 hours a day to game, so for me, having a more compact, robust selection of games makes sense for me. I don't get the feeling of being overwhelmed by titles that I must play. Xbox One offers a superior online service, a better controller, and a superior UI than PS4, so it essentially balances out.
What are your thoughts? Is it sometimes better to have superior hardware, with a more compact selection of games?
Exactly, quality over quantity.
Why not both? PS4 players can have that.
This thread is just sad.
