I didn't know a backlog disappears when someone buys a console.Stevo_the_gamerBut the 360's library is mainly multiplayer/games that turn redundant after the sequel comes out. E.g. (Halo Reach > Halo 3 / ODST. Forza 4 > 3 > 2) Who's going to buy Forza 2 in 2011? I can see why some one wants to buy Perfect Dark Zero or Kameo, but not Forza 2 or Halo 3, if they missed out on them four years ago.

[QUOTE="Mozelleple112"]But the 360's library is mainly multiplayer/games that turn redundant after the sequel comes out. Stevo_the_gamerWelcome to the current generation. That's not true. For example. Bioshock 1, Batman: Arkham Asylum are still games everyone should buy. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying Cod4, since MW2/BO is out and MW3 is coming up Neither would I recommend Killzone 2, now that KZ3 is out.. That's why single player games with a strong focus on story, voice acting, soundtrack, character developement etc, etc always stand the test of time, unlike "fun multiplayer".
Check Kinect & XBLA for those since all the full retail big budget Exclusive games are being dev'ed for the nextbox. :P

Europe is getting a localized version of akai katana shin which is by far my favorite - and in my eyes the best - shmup this gen...tho I know the majority of the people on here can care less about it.
if it gets rated like cave's previous game did on here (deathsmiles) it should be AAE status :O

well now ps3 has that too...whats left my fellow gamers? i say Nothing.ConsoleCounsla_The PS3 doesn't have Mass Effect; although it does have a 10 minute comic meant to replace a 30 hour game, oddly enough.
And since Halo is exactly like Forza (Literally no one buys it for the SP)Mozelleple112
Almost everyone I know who owns a Forza game bought it for the career first. You might wanna talk to your sources.
the only argument used to be "well 360 has mass effect one of the best rpgs blah blah blah and ps3 doesnt"...well now ps3 has that too...whats left my fellow gamers? i say Nothing.ConsoleCounsla_
I don't know why you're insisting that this matters. The 360 is doing just fine, so I wouldn't worry about microsoft. They'll sell millions of copies of halo and gears 3 and forza.
And, being honest, I don't find most of the ps3 exclusives to be any good regardless. Infamous 2, and that's all I can't really think of. Demons Souls, maybe.

how does microsoft sales matter for my gaming experience?[QUOTE="ConsoleCounsla_"] how does microsoft sales matter for my gaming experience?Stevo_the_gamerThey create that new game smell in your game cases. if they used that money for new games ok? but its natal and forza rehashes now. enjoy :)

how does microsoft sales matter for my gaming experience? They probably don't. How do exclusives matter for your gaming experience? Do you enjoy games less because they're on multiple systems?
I'd assumed that you were concerned about sales, because I couldn't see any other good reason for you to be on the internet asking worriedly about microsoft's exclusives.
Clever !! +10 intranet points for you. :PAlmost every game is a 360 exclusive....exclusively better on the 360 :P

Looks at thread title.... But none of the game you mention are 360 exclusives. Not a one. I think its fair to say If i hadnt played any of a series I would check out the latest of them first, as I think most people would. Many games still have an active online community when old, but far more do not.

Forza 2, Forza 3, Forza 4, Halo 3, Halo3: ODST and Halo Reach aren't 360 exclusives? ROFL
[QUOTE="ConsoleCounsla_"]at this point it pretty much seems useless to buy a 360 over a ps3delta3074witcher 2 is a hell of a good reason to get a 360 over a ps3 methinks Why would get a 360 for The Witcher 2 when the vastly superior PC version has been out for months :?

soon to be shrinking by a considerable amount. http://www.gamesradar.com/kinect-windows-officially-announced-2012/ Too bad..I'm kind of sad. Heil68
I don't see any confirmation that existing and/or future Kinect games are being ported to PC. Must be a different article you forgot to post.
