Where is X1's hit new IP?

I love how The Order is a hit IP already and Bloodborne is just a new chapter in the Souls sage so that's not a new IP either. Although I am looking for to Bloodborne, not so much The Order though.

Not to mention the goal post moving with Xenoblade chronicles X:" Wii U has Xenoblade Chronicles X, which to me is a new IP because the Wii original was more of a cult hit."

People can do the same bullshit to Bloodborne then. It seems so similar to Demons/Dark Souls games that it isn't really a new IP, more of a spiritual successor to cult hits. Do you see how fuckin stupid that reads?

I'm doubtful we'll see any true hit exclusive new IPs for the Xbox. They didn't have a single one last gen, one of their best shots was Alan Wake which they had to port to PC to try and make some money. Then there's Ryse which seemingly put Crytek into a spot of financial trouble.

Sunset Overdrive will be interesting, it drop out of the sales charts like a rock so it wouldn't surprise me if we see any sequels going to other platforms.

That's the benefit with Sony, they've proven they'll gamble on new IPs like LBP, Uncharted, TLoU, Journey and solid titles like Resistance, InFamous, Heavy Rain and Motorstorm (well the first one at least).

I'll say it again...What's wrong with the Xbox One's 2015 lineup? Quantum Break, Rise of the Tomb Raider (which all PS4-only owners wish they could play, no matter what they may say), Halo 5, Forza 6, Fable Legends, and more that I'm not thinking of. That's solid as ****. Everyone acts like the PS4's lineup is leaps and bounds better than the X1's but it's really not. I own both consoles and will be getting The Order on Friday (although it probably won't be that great but I like good graphics and it looks interesting enough), I'll most likely get Bloodbourne at some point, and I'll get Uncharted 4. But that's it...I will purchase three PS4 games this year but will most likely get all five X1 games that I mentioned. All multiplats I'll be getting on PC. I see no clear console winner this year, but personally I'm more excited about the X1's lineup.

I'd give Scalebound a chance. Platinum is a damn fine developer, and if MS puts its full marketing weight behind this new IP of theirs, it could realistically become a hit franchise.

Owning just a PS4 I honestly don't give much attention on what is available for X1... so far with the exception of Forza and maybe Sunset overdrive there is nothing else worth mentioning unless you want to talk about multiplats..

Bloodborne and Order 1886 don't have much potential to sell that well, they will be really really lucky to hit 1 million with the install base of the ps4. Dark Souls sold 2.4million so far and that was on all platforms with a 150 million+ userbase. Order 1886 will have a short sales span when the negative reviews roll out, it will be lucky to hit 500,000.

Originally, you were pissed off that you bought an Xbox One because you felt that it wasn't that great. Next you tried to justify your purchase by saying how great it was and bashing the PS4. Also, you have a thread on here talking about how there's no need to get Bloodbourne because the Dark Souls games are coming to next-gen consoles in remastered form (retarded idea once again), but here you're considering it a hit exclusive. All you do is contradict yourself and make everyone question whether or not you ever made it past the first grade.

And why does everyone on here constantly mention Halo MCC getting a 6/10? That was ONE person's opinion who works for Gamespot. IGN gave it a 9 and it has an 85 on Metacritic...It's not that bad. And where are the Xbox One exclusives you ask??? Forza 6, Halo 5, Quantum Break, Fable Legends, and Rise of the Tomb Raider - all coming this year. Yes, Fable will be coming out for PC eventually and it's probable (but not confirmed) that Tomb Raider will too but that won't be happening for a while.

So what are you bitching about? All the PS4 has that's actually going to be good is Bloodbourne and Uncharted 4. There ya go. Go trade in your Xbox One and get a PS4 if it's bothering you that much. I'll be busy enjoying both consoles and my PC so that I won't miss anything.

Microsoft will milk Halo again with better graphics and that's about it for X1. The last time MS had a big new IP was Halo.
