Last gen it was PS2 because of its early lead, could the same happen with 360 since it also lauched early compared to the other two consoles. Maybe it will be the Wii because of its unique controls also the fact that it will take less time and money to make games for the Wii when compared to the other two, or PS3 it can be considering that Sony plans to have like 100 1st Party titles throughout its life span.

choose !?

also explain why :)

wii, purely because making games exclusive on the other two consoles will be too expensive.

The Xbox 360. Its exclusive IPs are now spawning entire trilogies of games. Examples are Mass Effect, Too Human and Gears of War. Plus combined with other console exclusive titles, it's clearly the winner.

I'd have to say Wii (though I don't know why MOST exclusives matters so much. Just give me good games).

I'm still a bit uneasy about the Wii, though, with all the crap that 3rd party devs have been pulling. But I think that its a simple matter of numbers: Wii will have exclusives from one corner of the market, and the 360 and PS3 will fight over the rest, decreasing the # of exclusives on the other system, not to mention the Nintendo-only characters and games:

Kirby

Mario

Donkey Kong

Zelda (Link)

Pokemon

Metroid

Star Fox

etc. etc. etc.

It'll be the Wii.

The PS3 and 360 end up sharing too many games with each other and the PC, whereas a larger proportion of the Wii's games come from first party developers.

i kind of agree with you because almost all 3rd Party games will be multiplatform, but you forgetting the 1st/2nd Party games which I believe PS3 will have the most.

More than Nintendo? I dunno, Nintendo has really grown over the past 2 generations to rely on it's 1st party titles, so I think it's absolutely going to churn them out for the Wii if it hopes to survive.

PS3 is losing exclusives to the 360. Nintendo is gaining them, not only within it's core cast of characters, but with 3rd party devs, too.

3rd party exclusives are gonna be hard to come by, even for Microsoft. Sony has plenty of amazing 1st/2nd party exclusives

The Wii, because multiplat games on the Wii will be completely different games because of the completly different controller.  This is just my opinion of course.

Wii without a doubt due to power and control differences.  The PS3 and 360 are clones of each other when you really look at it.

It's going to be the Wii. There's a site that is already keeping track of exclusives for each console. The verdict: PS3 - 40 360 - 84 Wii - 63 Link here Based on the fact that the 360 has been out for more than a year now and the Wii has been out about 5 months, the trend is that the Wii will have more exclusives by the time it is a year old than the 360.
