The only one I know of for now is the Wii U. I'll probably get it eventually (when the price is right). I'll wait until Nintendo's usual suite of games is released, and hopefully along with some interesting third-party titles. I've only had a Wii for a little over a year, so no rush to upgrade just yet. I still feel I haven't even really scratched the surface of the Wii yet.
Maybe a Vita some day, but I also only bought a PSP 3000 last year and feel I haven't exactly scratched the surface of it either. It still feels very new to me. It's still a very impressive system. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with it. Still a beastly, awesome handheld. I also like being able to connect it to my TV and have it double as a console. Pretty neat. Vita will also have to wait, but I might get one eventually. The sealed in battery and no TV out right now (taking it away from us) has me uninterested at the moment. I want my TV out. Please don't remove features Sony.
I've been wanting a 360 for a while, but I currently just play my brother's (just for stuff not on other systems, like Dead or Alive 4). Want one, but I think I'm waiting for the next-gen Xbox and its hopeful 360 BC. If the next Xbox isn't BC, then I might go ahead and get a 360. I'm almost more willing to get the next Xbox first since I don't have a 360 yet, but only if it has BC. Otherwise Wii U probably would be first.
Got the 3DS already. I like it and games are coming up, so I'm happy with it. Got the Power Pak+, so battery is no problem for me. The other eliminated problem is the slipper back side. Now all I need to do is get rid of all the glossiness and buy some sort of skin for it that's nearly invisible, yet hides the gloss. After that, I feel the 3DS will be aesthetically fine, too.
In summary:
Wii U --> When the price is right, Nintendo's usual suite of games is released, a few interesting third party titles
Vita --> When they add TV out, unseal the battery, improve battery life or have realistic battery extensions like Power Pak+ for 3DS
Next Xbox --> Only if it's 360 compatible and has compelling software/games; if it could double as a PC, then definitely
PS4 --> At this point, probably not. PS3 has been mostly boring for me, and I've been very disappoined performance-wise with some of its games (Enslaved, Dragon Age Origins, etc.). Too much frame dripping and frame skipping. I feel like Sony's allowing the games on their system to stay competitive and not forcing the developers to make sure they're doing the best job they can to make the games run smoothly on their system. Overall I'm disappointed.
