which franchise is blizzard's pride and joy

Hard choice. Either are amazing series. The fact their both from the same developer is insane.

I'd say it depends if you lean more toward quality or commmercial success. For quality, Starcraft, for commercial success, Warcraft.

Probably WarCraft.  They have the most games for it and such.

I believe it's Warcraft, even though I prefer Starcraft. Warcraft was out first, and it has given Blizzard A LOT of money. Starcraft is only one game(a very VERY VERY good game), so it hasn't really given Warcraft much rewards in terms of profit. It sold a lot, true, but WOW rakes in the income more. =P

It's all about the money, after all.

I guess you could go by how many games of each franchise they've made.

Warcraft - 4 games (WC1, WC2, WC3, WoW)

Diablo - 3 games (Diablo, D2, D2:LOD)

Starcraft - 2 games (SC, SC:BW)

But you can't really say which one they love the most. Each is made by different factions of Blizzard. 

No option for Diablo makes me sad.

Ill go with StarCraft though, since i gave up on WOW after the first month and still play SC to this day. 

Although I am VERY excited about Starcraft 2, I'm going to have to go with Warcraft. If they had really preferred SC, they would have gone with World of Starcraft.InfinityTomorro

Prehaps they didn't went down the MMO route with Starcraft because it wouldn't make sense? Especially considering WoW is still going strong.

 REALLY? How do they do that? Maybe because WOW is based on a subscription rather than just box sales like SC? And because SC hasn't had a new game in about 5 years?

It's Warcraft!

Obviously it's WOW, but my personal fav is the Diablo series. I'm dying for a Diablo 3.
