The Witcher, no doubt about that. Great game, great atmosphere, great storytelling.

nothing about video games is 'underground'. you dont know what that word means. but in the context youre inappropriately using it, out of those games, sins of a solar empire. no more heroes was a bad game; the other choices are all good but i just found sins to be a better game, though not by much (especially close to the witcher).

some other good games in this vein to consider are knights in the nightmare, jeanne darc, and not sure it counts as this gen but galactic civilizations 2

You havn't got any representation for the Xbox 360, and you might want to add one for the DS instead of having 3 on the PC.

Crackdown in place of Sins mabye? I would have put either Zack and Wiki or Little Kings Story in place of No More Heroes because frankly it's better and they sold much less as far as I'm aware. For the DS The World Ends with You seems to be popular, though I've never played it, and not sure what it sold. Regardless there is a fair bit on the DS in this category.

EDIT: Also the next time someone does one of these make the title "Which Game is the Underground Hero of this Generation That Isn't Valkyria Chronicles", because no matter what options you put up it wins every time.

I'm going with Travis Touchdown and No More Heroes. The game is amazing and didn't have as much attention and sales it deserved. It's sad that creator of NMH had to sell toilet rolls with the game in order to get peoples attention :(
