For me it was:
Bioshock Infinite
Company of heroes 2
GTA V

Probably Street Fighter X Tekken. I was pretty excited to delve into a new fighter at the time. I gave it a good month's chance, but just went right back to Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition 2012.
Company Of Heroes 2. Cheap in game CGI compared to the originals stunning in-engine cutscenes and possibly the worst DLC spammage ever seen for a game. And Rome II, a dumbed down piece of crap that should never have been launched.
Both Sega.
Was really disappointed by Remember Me. Was also disappointed by GTA V though my hopes weren't as high for that.
Rome 2
Rome 2
Rome 2
Rome 2
Company of Heros 2
Aliens Colonial Marines
All SEGA joints. I am seeing a pattern here.
Final Fantasy 13. I couldn't even finish it. The linearity raped my soul and it really gave me no hope towards their current and future Final Fantasy releases
Not sure why so many people are hatin on CoH 2, the campaign was nothing special but the multiplayer is excellent and keeps getting better. I still play it almost every day.
For me, Beyond: Two Souls was terribly disappointing after Heavy Rain. The story is a mess and the interactivity is extremely shallow and limited.
The new Amnesia was also a bit of a letdown, The Dark Descent was a very intense, memorable experience and while the sequel has a really good story and premise it felt a bit bland in comparison.
I didnt play too many games this year, but most disappointing is probably Projext X zone, i expected it to be an entertaining fighter, but was confronted with a slow paced tactical strategy x fighter rpg. It wasn't the best blend of mechanics.
I'm not a sore loser .... I don't have anything to complaint about games that I purchase.... I always choose games that are right for my tastes....... end
It's popular these days to bash masterpieces, games that are developed with so much care and love for years by some of the best and talented teams, which scores are above 90-95 on metacritic and people bash it like it's nothing.
I really don't get how can someone write GTA V,Bioshock,Metro if you didn't like it,it doesn't mean it's bad.

The topic is which games disappointed us this year, its irrespective of the general opinion of the title and totally dependant on personal opinion.
The topic isnt which games are bad its which ones did not meet our expectations, yes some peoples expectations are incredibly high of a game like GTA V for example but its not to say their opinion is any less valid.
Lots of people deem TLOU us to be a masterpiece.
I thought the story was dull and uninspired and the gameplay average at best. It disappointed me, but no that doesnt make it a bad game.
Gears of War Judgment and God of War Ascension, though this year isn't over yet. Games like AC4 or Watch Dogs may make the list like AC3 last year. I also expect DR3 and Knack.
And I don't understand the GTA5 disappointment, did you guys just play the first 6 missions or something?
Pikmin 3
W101
WWHD
That lego GTA knockoff
That 2d mario game that looks like the other 12 mario games I've played
