Bungie. Naughty Dog is not far behind though.

Gee, both are beast. It's like comparing Bioware and Bethesda or Valve. Probably Naughty Dog as they have a greater variety of games.

Both great developers, they respect a lot each other. But Im going with ND, but maybe this changes when H:R its released.

For the most part this is just going to be another: which-fanboy-are-you thread..

But my vote goes to ND. They have more than one IP that is great.

Bungie without question but don't get me wrong, i love NG.

I only passively enjoyed Halo 3, which is the only Bungie game I've ever played, but have loved every ND game I've ever played, which has been every one since Jak and Daxter: The pre-cursor legacy.

I voted Bungie because they innovated the FPS genre with Halo.

ND did an incredible job with UC2 and is well worth 2009 GOTY, though.

As much as I love Naughty Dog's work, Bungie for me, by far. They've had a far biger impact, and I like their games more.

Hmmm... Am I a Sony fanboy? Or a Microsoft fanboy? Neither. But I voted Bungie because I love Halo Multiplayer.

The only thing that separates them for me is that Bungie has been more consistent. Although maybe that's just because Naughty Dog have done a wider variety of games. Regardless, they're both great.

I mean its very clear through the track records of the 2 and the most critical acclaim, which of the developers is the greater/most elite.

Blind fan syndrome doesn't even have to factor into it to be honest.

Gotta go with Bungie. B.net's awesome, despite their rapid fans, and I enjoy their humor.

I'm also extremely biased toward anything Halo.

this is actually a pretty good question. i can't really pick a winner. i've played nearly every game these devs have released and ejnoyed every minute of them.

I'd argue its the other way around. Halo CE had little to no backing at the time - hell I thought my dad would bring home Max Payne which is what everyone seemed to be talking about at the time. Yet it released and blew up way beyond what anyone could have expected.

Then Halo 2 and set a the bar for online console gaming.

I'd say Halo made the Xbox, if anything.
