Which is the worst game to score a 10 in gamespot?

I really loved the old gamespot the 8.9's where the best. Lol I remember when Gran Turismo 4 got it. System Wars exploded. Plus the system of gameplay, graphics, sound, value and tilt was simply amazing. Now there is no excitement.

Either Uncharted 4 or Journey.

Edit: Galaxy 2 the only game not to get a single vote in the poll. Quick someone vote for it.

To get a fair poll, you'll have to take out exclusives. Lems will vote for whatever PS exclusive and well, I'd say cows would vote for MS exclusives but I don't think any have gotten a 10(it's been awhile if so). My vote was MGS... Didn't like the game. My second would be Journey. I haven't played a bunch of the others to know. Uncharted 4 probably deserved a 9, but it certainly wasn't the worst deserving game on this list.

I’d say that it’s a toss up between Journey and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3. The rest deserved it in my opinion although I haven’t played Uncharted 4 or Divinity Original Sin II.

The Witcher 3 is missing from the list.

I agree with giving UC4 a 8 over 10. Back then, I was really surprise UC4 got a 10.

You know Journey is an odd egg in the basket when they literally inflated the PS3's 9/10 release into a 10/10 for the PS4.

Journey was a great experience for the first time playing it, but I just find it hard to accept what is essentially a walking simulator that you can beat under two hours as one of the greatest games deserving a 10/10 rating when it was previously a 9/10.

From the games I've played, Journey. I couldn't get into that game at all.

Ocarina of Time definitely.

Journey is the most deserving of a 10. Not considering Witcher which I haven't played.

For me Bayonetta 2, got it for my WiiU and was very disappointed

I can't remember,what was GS score for GTA V? I'm hazy on that score? Certainly GTA V was miles better than GTA IV?

Sounds about right for GTA V. GTA IV should've been an 8. San Andreas is the only GTA game that may have been worthy of a 10.

I’ve only completed 2 (GTAIV and MGS4) of those games in that list lol. I own 3, have yet to play Chrono Cross. I really want to try Divinity. I’ve played a bit of Witcher 3 and Tony Hawk. Of my limited experience, I’d say Witcher 3. I found it so fucking boring. I played 4 hours, I think, and deleted it.

Journey. It was a 9/10 then a rerelease at 1080p got it a 10. Lmao

GTA iv was such a huge disappointment. I preordered 2 of the special editions. One on 360 for my self and one for ps3 for my cousin. It came with the game, a metal lockbox, keychain, soundtrack, artbook. I still use the lockbox to this day. Game was garbage though after the massive San Andreas. Everything in GTA iv was scaled back to accommodate a new graphics engine and physics engine. I view the game as a stepping stone to GTA V. I love GTA V, so iv was necessary.

MGS5, such a huge disappointment. The open world formula destroyed what I loved about the series.

@undefined: You are right about Metal Gear. It was too open world and sometimew boring as hell. I didn't even finish it.

I haven't played Super Mario Odyssey, but I find it hard to believe that a game can score 10 if it is claimed to be very easy and rather short.

I would alsl like to mention Journey. What is so fantastic about wandering around?

I voted THPS3, I just never understood why that game was so highly praised. Not dissing it, I just didn't understand its appeal.

Hmm I'm just seeing a list of really fun games. Some may have deserved a 9 instead though (not that, that's a bad score)

As for you quack, I love how you try to push a narrative that doesn't reflect me in the slightest because I'm the only one who calls it metashitic because scores don't affect me like they do for you :(

My vote went to GTA IV. Great game but it took away a few gameplay features from GTA San Andreas. Also think Uncharted 4 is a 9/10 rather than 10 due to pacing issues and cumbersome cover system

I like gta 4, but I think it did not deserve a 10/10. It seems that any game with rockstar's name on it will get amazing reviews.

Grand theft auto 4 is a terrible game... What a struggle it was to play that awful game.

Uncharted 4 was the video game version of dramamine. It was one of those games while playing it, 10 hours in I was thankful it'd be over soon and I deleted it off my hard drive faster than no man's sky.

MGS5 also deserves its fair share... Its saved by its excellent mechanics and fun stealth encounters but it misses the mark on sooooo many other elements. It's an empty nothing of an open world, it's story feels unfinished and the shoe horned base invasion mode that shows up out of nowhere half way through was like dumping a bucket full of ice water over the enjoyment of everything else.

The only one out of place there is Journey, so that got my vote.

The others i can see people making the argument for, Journey has no business on that list.
