which next gen system do you think is better looking?

I just want to know if you guys like the way the systems look, personly i dont like the way they look at all (any of them) but looks dont matter in the end, its all about the games. still just want to know which look do you guys liked and which one you didnt.

Honestly, PS4s size is better, XB1s layout is better. XB1 is simple and effective and would look great sitting under a TV but it's fvcking huge. The PS4 is nice and small but the matte and shiny sections clash and the division of the system looks a bit weird

No doubt you'll get a bunch of cows in here though saying the PS4 looks amazing and the best looking console ever without actually thinking about it objectively

PS4, it resembles the PS2.

They're all basically black boxes, just variations and sizes on a Computer tower. Wii U obviously being much smaller.

Both internally and externally, the consoles are incredibly similar.  But, if having to pick, the two-face X1 doesn't offer quite enough flare as the parallelogram PS4 (plus teh blue light is baller).

X1's controller LOOKS nicer than PS4's but it's always been form over function for me.

The PS4 could be the ugliest system ever created, and would still be the most beautiful system ever created.

The look of a console doesnt really matter to me, but I thought the PS4 looked lame just like the X1.

I'd say the WiiU wins, but thats not saying much at all.

I thought it as well. It looks very simliar to the orginal PS2.

PS4 looks decent compared to the x1, But their both pretty damn ugly.

Which was completely unexpected since Sony has made some of the strangest/uggliest consoles the two gens prior. PS2 phat and PS3 phat were not pretty in the slightest.

much like console multiplats, they look the same

PS4 looks good standing vertically, at least in the press shot but none of them are particularly pretty. Their aesthetics make it pretty clear that nobody wants to lose much money on hardware this time around as a fancier exterior would cost more.

Oh and I wonder if the blue bits can be used to detect the location of the DS4? They seem like a costly distraction (when multiplied by several million) otherwise.
