On the one hand, you bring up the argument that sales matter to gamers, because they ensure sequels. This is in response to people arguing sales had no bearing on a gamer's enjoyment, logically you believe good sales increase a gamer's enjoyment (fair enough point in most cases).
On the other hand, you claim you're going to resell, thereby diminishing your potential for future enjoyment.

Yes, it would. It would actually mean the 360 would sell far, far more if there was no resale.
If 30% of the copies are resold; that's 30% less profit for EA and Bioware.
