Which controller do you perfer, and do you like achievements?

I would choose the 360 version. I prefer the 360 controller for FPSs, and it will probably have slightly better graphics (better anti-aliasing and frame rate)and achievementsare always cool.
DanBal76
Ps3 is 60fps, so no, not better frame rate. Stop claiming either system has better grahpics please until we can see actualy comparisons. The controller is a legit reason if you prefer it though.

Don't make comments on which you have no authority.
You don't know which version will have better framerate or graphics. If anything from what we've seen the PS3 might have an edge. Who knows, I don't, you don't, nobody knows yet except IW, so wait till next week and then you can say PS3 version has crappy framerate compared to PS3 version.
Till then don't make assupmtions.

Do you have to??? Don't you know frame rates affect graphics score? When i say"it will probably have slighty better graphics (better anti-aliasing and frame rates)" can't you understand what i meant? Are you really serious that you didn't understand "it will probably have slightly better graphics = it wil PROBABLY have slightly better anti-aliasing and it will PROBABLY have slightly better frame rates?" Ok then.
Cons:
- PS3 version will have no limited edition
- May find some jaggies on the PS3 version...not as smooth in some areas as you may find on the PC or Xbox 360.*
*To clarify the differences found between the console versions, when we said you may find jaggies and that the PS3 version wasn't as smooth, this is only a rare occurance and usually the jaggies appear on the edges of distant objects or the edges of buildings in the environment. Once again, this is very seldom, and will not effect the gameplay and to the general eye will look identical to other versions.
If you have Xbox live buy it for the 360.

I don't mean to seem rude, but you have no clue what you're talking about.

I don't mean to be rude, but you need to go back to school. Some text lessons would be nice. Are you a teen? Sure you are.

The FPS in his first post was for First Person Shooter.. so no there wasn't a probably in front of that..
For me. PC, probably get it with a new video card and a host of new games.
Simply because it offers better everything.....
But if I had too choose console, i'd go with 360.
Seems to run / look better - from what I have read, and its online will probably be better.
I will get he 360 version probably.
According to Playstation Universe( hardly a MS biased site  ) the PS3 version suffers slightly in the frame-rate and Jaggie department , i have more friends on Live , better controller for FPS and just plain more people to fight with , ad achievements to that and the choice is clear .
[QUOTE="mattyomo99"]dedicated servers on the ps3 versionmingo123
why is it 16 players then?
Its 18 players. And, what does that have to do with anything? The FPS in his first post was for First Person Shooter.. so no there wasn't a probably in front of that..

Good call, didn't see that. Still wrong to assume the 360 will have better graphics though.
lol, I love when arrogant people get proven wrong and then try blame something on somebody else.
Why are people saying PC?
Anyway, I'm getting it for 360 because thats what I have, but in your case, get it on whichever system more of your friends have.
honestly, why does everyone make a big deal about the controller difference? The Sixaxis is just as responisve and precise as the 360 controller. maybe it's just me, but I don't see any significant difference at all between the two, even for FPSs.Mordred19
Are you kidding? Sixaxis = CRAP :(
360 version or possibly PC version for me simply because of the 360 controller. Oh how I wish Sony would develop a replacement for the Sixaxis/PS3 control..........

Why did you start a topic up from November 2007?
I have COD4 for both system. I would say the 360 controller is better for most games but after playing so long on both system on the same game i came to the conculsion that what ever am used to is the better controller. If i play loads on one system then it always feel weird for a few minutes while you get used to it again on a different controller.
