I only got a PS3, might get a 360 next year, but even then Id only get GT5. No sense in paying for the same thing twice.

I don't own either console. As of now I'm way more interested in Forza 3. If PS3 got some more games I would like then I guess I'd go with Grand Turismo.

Forza. I was a GT fanboy up until I spent two hours with Forza 2. I put at least 500 hours into both GT3 and 4 and was converted instantly. GT is a joke and stuck in the '90's. I hope, as an ex-GT fanboy, that Kazunori takes his head out of his ass for a few minutes and see what Forza has done to push the genre forwards and at least TRY to match or surpass them. Because if they don't, GT5 is going to epic, epic fail.

Forza 3 is a day-one buy. GT5 is harder to judge without any real info or a release date, but barring a total catastro**** I'll get it day one as well.

Neither..never was a huge racing game fan it gets way too old for me...but im sure you guys will enjoy whichever you choose to pick up

I like both series, so I'll be getting both.

i'll be getting both, but i'm looking forward to GT5 much, much more. theres been a much longer wait for it.

Contrary to what my avatar and sig (and posting habits) might suggest, I actually enjoy Gran Turismo.

Neither. I think I'll stick with Burnout and Midnight Club for my racers this gen. Totally different games compared to the 2 sims I know but much more fun imo.

The only times i noticed the more cars in GT5P was when there were so many on screen that the game had framerate drops. Quality (Smarter AI) over quantity imo

I don't know it depends on if they are good or not, unlike most people I don't buy just because its a god damn exclusive I buy it if its good.....

And I didn't like Gran turismo 3-4 or forza 2 so unless Forza makes the game feel more realistic and gets rid of the line while racing, and Gran turismo just needs to add more fun factor.....
