Who actually think the Wii is worh 249.99 when the 360 Premium is 349.99?

Who here really thinks the Wii ATM is better than the 360? Library- NO, Hardware- NO, Price-Barely ($100).

Because they're either:

A: Casuals who are into shallow, simple, stupid crap

B: Fanboys who never get tired of playing the same re-hashed Nintendo franchises

C: Too cheap to buy a proper console

D: A Nintendo fan who had faith in them, but only learned after he bought his Wii, that they are indeed heading down the casual route. Maybe played some TP, but looks at the astonishing amount of shovel ware/casual crap, and regrets paying $250.

It's just not worth it, over a 360, and even a PS3. At least PS3 has some good multi-plats, most of the Wii multi-plats are watered down embarassments. And 360's software library is magnificent, especially the exclusives and bi-plats.

It's free because it's complete crap. The only good thing is the Opera browser, youtube on your TV. :lol: Yipee, friends codes! Whereas on XBL I can just join a lobby/match and jump right into a game, and add a friend with a few A button presses, as opposed to convoluted codes crap. And many multi-plat's dont even have online mp.

Not that I agree or disagree, but using the logic that the 360 is worth 100 dollars more, then you could turn around and make the same argument that the PS3's extra offerings are a better value for only 149 dollars more than the 360. No matter what anyone says, the PS3 offers more than the 360 does in terms ofpure hardware.

Now you can argue, who has better specs vs. price and whats worth more to each consumer. Such as games etc. . . .

Wii definetely is worth owning, the 360 is better and if I could only own one that would be my choice, however

I do... and I play a ton of games...

Not saying that the x360 sucks or anything stupid like that... Just that if you really want to get the most out of this gen you need more the one console...

The wii is mostly for the non gamer aud. so stop bashing it because your not a non gamer. Besides its on a different level from the ps3/360. Its going out its own way. Stop chassing it. It's no longer the gamecube. Difinitely worth more to a lesser gamer than 360.

It does for now... because they were late to the table, but they are improving rapidly...

Sure it doesn't have the frills of PSN, or XBL... but hey it plays games online... and some even with out friend codes... That's really all I need.

When I buy something, the number 1 thing that I consider is "customer satisfaction."

I don't always want the best deal. I want to keep myself the happiest. Getting the best deal is often included in that idea, but there are many more dynamics involved.

I buy what is going to make me the happiest. I buy what will be the most fun.

For example, the Honda Accord is one of the best cars around as far as all-around practicality and value. It's a fantastic car. However, it might not fit all of my needs or desires. The BMW M3 might not be as practical or well-priced, but it might be what I am seeking from a car (performance and flare), so I might opt to go with the "worse" deal and get the car that I want instead.

Get what I'm saying? The Wii would be a "better deal" than the 360 to me if ithad the $600 price tag of the PS3.

Yes anything can happen. Halo 3 is coming as well as tons of other games that are going to be amazing. My 360 is getting some serious PT lately. But still doesn't change the fact that you were wrong. Wii out sold 360 in May :P

I say no BUT thats only because the 360 core arcade edition is coming and its got hdmi, 256k mem card, a wireless controller, 5 free arcade titles and most likley the new chip set for $280. Look that one up if you haven't seen it yet.

The other option is the Halo edition 360 for $400, and When you get sick of that one in a few years you can sell it to a collector.

My Halo edition original xbox paid for 70% of my 360.
