Who has better "exclusives" this holiday?

The PS4 wins by the title alone.

Was thinking the same thing. I don't game as much, but I would like to pick up Horizon 3 & Gears of War 4

Xboners are happy with same titles every year. Forza - Gears, Forza - Gears, Forza - Gears, Forza - Gears. Hahaha!

What else they play? Here and there appears some title like Recore. At least PS4 has variety. Can't wait to play some unique titles like Last Guardian, Gravity Rush 2 and so on. Looks like Xboners doesn't have taste to play titles like The Last Guardian or Gravity Rush 2. Just give to Xboners Forza, Gears and they're happy.

Not gonna lie, Xbone does. If GT Sport actually had content and Horizon didn't get delayed then it would be a different story but as it stands FH3 and Gears 4 will likely turn out better than anything on the PS4 list for the holidays.

lol Abzu is already AAA and this before we even have bigger games from the PS4 lineup. Even if both FH3 and Gears 4 get AAA it still doesn't compete with the sheer volume of quality games that PS4 has coming.

My opinion of course, anyone is free to like what they like and they can like one good game over many good games but objectively speaking unless you are just a hyper fan of those xbox series the PS4 has the superior *lineup* of games.

Those PS4 games are not exclusives they are on Playstation Neo, which is a different platform

LOL! Guys, can you read this? Neo is now different platform. According to Xboners logic Xbone S is different platform then because it has HDR and 4K upscaling and higher GPU clock. Can't believe how Xboners thinking.

Sorry, but for as much whining as I have heard about pro-Sony bias lately from Gamespot, some of ya'll should be grateful that anyone is even entertaining the notion that a console is viable whatsoever without exclusives.

Real answer: Because modern games cost so much to create and XBox Ones install base is right around a similar track as the original XBox, the only way it can possibly differentiate its lineup from the direct competitor is if MS uses leverage in the PC gaming market to entice publishers with.

When it comes to the XBox One and particularly its fanbase, it appears that they have adopted a policy of acting like fools pretending there isn't a problem rather than being honest.

For the sake of system wars arguments i see no issue with using Windows 10 games when comparing console exclusives

@SecretPolice: i dont care about any of that but objectively speaking if you are comparing exclusives of two devices all that should count are the games you can find on one console that you can't find on the other. If its on ps4 but not xbox then it counts towards their exclusive library when compared to xbox and vice versa.

Except for number 10 (Bloodborne), there isn's a single exclusive game in the top 10. There's your honesty, hopefully you can do the same from now on.

It's like Xbox fans are still in desperate, delusional, denial that Microsoft showed up at E3 two years into the Xbox One's disastrous life and told the gaming world they were throwing in the towel on their failed console and everyone should just play their games on PCs.

Sure try to spin it, classic cow manoeuvre. That data is saying that most people buy multi-platform games. I conclude from this that people might choose between 2 consoles due to their exclusive games, but they won't decide between PC, and Xbox because of that. Mostly due to the fact that PC gaming, and console gaming is completely different.

Xbox One doesn't have exclusives anymore. PC+PS4 combo ftw = all games in best possible quality. Xbox One loses to PS4 in multiplat quality, and loses to PC in MS-exclusive quality. Dead console.

Out of those, Last Guardian or Forza. Can't really choose. The most interesting titles this holiday are multiplatform though. Horizon Zero Dawn is the next exclusive i'm looking at.

It really is insane to see the tiny diehard Xbox fanbase cling to their delusions about what happened at E3 this year.

After only two disastrous years on the market, Microsoft showed up at E3 and let the gaming world two things:

1. The Xbox One was officially Osbourned - in other words, a dead console

To be clear, I have no problem with the term MS/Sony exclusive but trying to extend that meaning to become "console exclusive" when it's on an entirely different type of system is just NO.

Xbone has zero exclusives so why is this even a question? No exclusives and the worst multiplats is what you're getting on the Bone for this holiday season. While PS4/Neo gets a decent amount of exclusives (none that interest me, tho) and multiplats that will obliterate Xbone poor performance (mainly on Neo).

That's just a slim version of the same console... That's really NO improvement compared with Neo over PS4, where it doubles in power, but is still not enough to properly game to today standards.

MS confirmed xbone S has performance and hardware upgrades, try again.

Indeed the Xbox One S is 7.1% faster than the Xbox One. While the Neo is going to be +100% faster than the PS4. So the S really is a slim version with minor improvements, compared to the Neo vs PS4. Such marginal improvements is what they call a slim version. Xbox 360 also had slim versions with minor improvements, did we suddenly not call them Xbox 360's anymore?

The funny thing is that Neo is just completely underpowered compared to Scorpio, and can't even run games in 4K, so useless for the following years. Better to wait on PS5.
