Anyone who picked EA over activision isn't thinking.

Yeah EA isn't the greatest, but mainly it doesn't deserve all the hate. Just some unfinished dlc and a crappy ending to ME3...

Activision, on the otherhand, kept TIMESPLITTERS 4 (and many others) from being made.

That is just unacceptable.

Did both of them commit crimes against humanity?

thom_maytees

Activision could have broken a bunch of laws if the West and Zampbella case still existed today. That's not a crime against humanity anyway.

[QUOTE="Rockman999"]Companies are "evil"? Gamers are such toddlers.KungfuKitten
They are allowed to suggest laws and influence the voting. And you are saying companies cannot be evil?

There is no such thing as an "evil" company. They are not people, a company does not have a conscience, they are just soulless entities that only exist to bring in profit for it's owners (aka the investors). You kids need to stop thinking that these things are out to kill everybody.

EA by a country mile. I don't understand why Activision gets so much hate - they annualize most of their franchises, ok, but EA does that with a ton of their games as well...

It'll turn out that Bobby Kotick is actually Justin Bieber's father all along

"Popular" music has been slowly killing music for decades, it's not a new thing. Even MTV started killing music when their focus of "music television" went away for 'reality' shows like Real World, Road Rules, on up to things like Jersey Shore and My Super Sweet 16.

Do they even have music on MTV anymore.

Not that I know of, as there was MTV 2 for a while, and now I believe there's an MTV 3. Maybe there's music videos on MTV 3 :)

As far as I'm concerned there's no difference between EA, Activision, Ubisoft, Sony, Microsoft, THQ, Capcom, Warner Bros, Take Two, and ZeniMax. They're all cancers on the industry (despite some talented people and studios working within some of them).

Activision... hands down. All they do is pump out boring sequals and try to force MP down your throat. I don't really have any problems with EA.

Neither. Capcpom has both beat with their unfathomably bad business practices and ruined all relationship with their fanbase. Seth Killian recently left and he was the last Capcom employee I liked. All the good ones are leaving the sinking ship that is Capcom.Swift_Boss_A
Yes, this as well, Capcom changed for the worst.

EA hurts consumers, Activision hurts dev's.
