who is now getting xbox360 GTA4 instead of ps3 version

the fact that xbox360 will have exclusive content basically gives me no other choice

link? Rockstar has never said anything about downloadable episodes for the PS3. Its always been something people assume but they just made a statement saying its exclusive to the 360. What more do you need to hear? Here's a quote from the head honcho of Rockstar "Obviously we've episodic content coming for X-Box 360" not a word about PS3. Evidently Microsoft paid $50 million dollars for the two episodes.

I get the impression they have changed the game so much that it won't appeal to casuals as much anymore. I get the feeling they are trying to make "coppola" or "scorcese" quality game in terms of mixing drama and realism fora big punch. But I could be completely wrong.

I think ill be to busy playing my other PS3 games such Warhawk, Lair, Heavenly Sword, trying out home, uncharted i hope, rachet and clank...anyways theyou will probably have to buy the epesodic content so no thank you...anyways also there will be other games from 360 thatwould be better like mass effect and halo....This is prolly the only GTA that seem inferior to the ones b4...i mean no airplanes?!! that probably means no sky diving....which was one of the most amaazing feature ever on GTA...so w/e , also they made the world smaller i cant see it being that good....GTA disapointed me with this one...

I hope so,GTA needs is a good story and good tracks as well,only GTA VCS had a good soundtrack mostly because they were 80's songs.

All this talk of extra content seems frivolous "until" we see what the content actually is and how much it will cost. If it's actually good extras and pretty cheap the nod definitely goes to the 360 but if it's worthless (Subjective, I know) and expensive then both are pretty much equal.Ibacai

I hate my PS3 right now......

The 360 version is a no brainer because its not just ONE but TWO episodic expansions for the 360 version that M$ basically paid Rockstar for. I doubt with the cash outlay that M$ has made that hte PS3 version of the game is going to be much different at all and it certainly won't look any better so the 360 is the the only choice....besides I am the only idiot in my group of friends that bought a PS3...What happened to bragging rights??? Its not even good for that....I Hope KZ2 is great or i am selling the thing. So far I am going to hold out in hopes that KZ2 and GT5 next year will make it at least worth owning.

10 hours of extra content each episode thats pretty good, 50 millions also nothing if you add up that if 2million users on xbox live buy that content you will get 40million dollars if the content is charged at the same rate as shivering isles. Considering that 7-8 million people on xbox live can buy that content you end up with a hefty profit margin and the profit out ways the expense.
