[QUOTE="enygma500"]there is real gameplay videos. one button for melee, one button for magic, one button for ranged attacks. and i've said multiple time already the guy making fable 2 likes to blow smoke out his ass. also in fable 1 you can buy all the proerty and rent it out to people. yeah i played it. i know you think im a cow but you'd be wrong there. it was an enjoyable game i agree. but he hyped the first game like the second comming of christ, same way he's doing now. and also like i said before developers ALWAYS say 20x more this 50x times more that 10x more this. that doesn't make it true. all im saying is dont raise the bar to high cause belive me you're just setting yourself up for dissapointment. kostmpekir
I do not get it, is it me, or in Oblivion i use one button to attack, one for spells and one for bows ???
What is the differnece ? Why is that bad for a RPG, when it was fine in say Oblivion ???
Also i agree, the first did not deliver what he hyped, but i fail to see how this makes Fable 2 any less impressive TBH, this is a whole new generation and a sequel, it is not playing Fable 1 again
So, i suspect for some reason, you are a bit biased against the game, i am sceptical myself, but i would not be so fast to judge a completly diffent, bigger and new game from Fable 1 some many years back
And Fable 1 definatly was not 7 hours for me, and i doubt was for anyone TBH, was not FF of course, but fair sized
As for the scale, we will see, TBH all i see is same tiny paths like Fable 1 had, but we will see
theres no biased against the game. there is however doubt with Peter Molyneux the creator of the game. im willing to give any game a whirl. but Peter Molyneux had nothing but empty promises with the first and im not gonna fall for it with the second. im pretty sure the first game was supposed to be some epic 40 hour long game or something. and fable and oblivion are 2 different kind of game in some aspects and imo fable not even close to on the same level as oblivion
also chances are in the interview he said that there would be 20x the content. that doesn't necesarily mean 20x the gameplay. this guy is very tricky with his words and over exagerates ALOT. the game could very well be longer but im saying hes lying through his teeth and dont belive him. play them game its prob gonna be good not great but good just like the first. i also am a completionist and the first game took me a little around 25 hours. thats kinda pathetic for any rpg to be pretty much %100 in 25 hours. the core game took little more then 6 or 7 hours. also just cause the button layout is the way it is doesn't mean its bad. i like some button mashers. kingdom hearts 1 and 2 for example are a couple of my favs and require nothing more then hitting the x button repeatedly, well theres a little more then that but you understand what im saying
