Mine would Trask ulgo from the beginning of KOTOR his voice was annoying. I couldn't stand the guy.

Treya from KOTOR 2 it was the only time ever in a video game were I actually hated a charecter with a passion. I actually felt like she betrayed me and wanted sweet sweet revenge.

Any princesses, fricken attention-**** that keep getting captured. Right after you spend 50 hours to rescue em, BAM they get kidnapped again. Unreliable monarchies at its best. Wheres the king when you need one (Im looking at you peach and zelda)
