Looks like who voted America prefer corridor shooter game and casual gameplay, and who voted Europe prefer hardcore gameplay, open world and good story game.
It's too difficult to say when you have to factor in alot of different genres where I'd prefer games from one region over the other and vice versa with another genre.

USA best voted video games were Call of Duty, Titanfall, Medal of Honor and Killzone. USA games has more cinematic effects, explosives and linear.
EU best voted video games were STALKER, Battlefield and some other hardcore shooters. Europe games has no cinematic cut scenes but has open world, more story and more choices to do.
Europe gamers are usually darker too. Rated M or 18 meanwhile it´s less violent in USA

Just for perspective: The one small country of japan released 3 10.0 rated games in the last 6 years. Add both European and American titles of that caliber up in that time frame and see what you get... Yeah
