Thats why best buy warrentys are good :D I traded in my PS2 that I bought in 2005 for 120$ credit towards my PS3 because I had the warrenty lol.
I'm not mad at all, the only diffrence is a larger hard drive and HDMI support, I am sure Microsoft will have the harddrive available for purchase, and right now I don't have a HDTV
I am not upset one bit. All the people that claim they are. Should have known that they were going to revise the 360 this year. It's been in the news for over 6 months now.
Anyone that says they need to buy it or the upgraded hard drive and then say they shouldn't release it. Sound very comical.
I don't find it a smart decision on Microsoft's part. What they should do is release a 120gb hard drive to stores, so it's optional(and others can pick it up), and then release the 360 with HDMI for 400, and sell the old premium for 350.
Not me. I have my 360 hooked up to an SDTV over the component cables. I really don't think I'll ever need a 120GB HDD, because I am not downloading much content off of XBL, all I've got is game saves. This package is designed for the HD conisure, Who needs 100GB extra for HD content, and an HDMI connector to get better qaulity. It's no a better model, It's a DIFFERENT model, for those who need HD content. I just use mine for games. Â Â Â And before the Cows Come and say" TLHBO", you have a $2500 AV centic PS3 coming, and a new slim line too, so I don't wanna hear it.

none of them should be, because this doesnt mean any of us have to go out and buy another, but lets say all of us do, that would make what? 21 million sold, and PS3 behind by 19million? So I guess the real question is, are the PS3 owners scared that all the 360 owners will buy another 360 and put the PS3 even farther behind?
Why would you be pissed? You should be asking yourself why this isn't more standard, if videogames have gone as mainstream as we have been led to believe over the last few years then we should be seeing this kind of thing in line with all other electronics markets.
I strongly suggest people take tighter control over their wallets. You aren't obligated to buy anything, not least a special version of something you already own, if you want to complain blame yourself, not a trend that the electronics industries being following since it's inception.

Unless you can tell me I have to buy that consoles to play future games I can't play on my 360 than no I am not upset. I bought a 360 game platform and as near as I cal tell thats what i own.
This isn't like that Sega thing where you needed the add on CD player to get the latest games. THAT WAS BAD. And I think killed SEGA forever.
The regular premium 360 has all the stuff that I need, so I'm not bothered by the Zephyr. The only thing I'm going to need is a larger HDD, which is bound to be released eventually.

If it can be improved, then why not improve it? Personally I see this option as better than releasing one super machine at an insane price.

HDMI should have been included in the original 360. Plus the $100 20 gb hdd is a big enough rip-off. Imagine the price of the 120GB. Microsoft is gonna double dip already. I thought it would be at least year 4 before we saw a new 360. OH Well.
It's a general ignorace - you will not notice the difference between 720 and 1080p unless your HDTV is over 40".darkad1
Cnet.com said 50". Meaning at 50" the difference is barely noticeable, and it goes up from there. So all you with an HDMI enabled 60" TV that accepts 1080p over HDMI, you will have a great time.

The only people who care are the obsessed fanboys who have to have the latest and greatest because they will feel gypped otherwise. If they were happy with the 360 before, and are unhappy with it now that a new version is coming out, then it's not a Microsoft problem.
