Whos getting COD: black ops now (poll)

I skiped MW2 because of its many disasters. I was still going to get Black Ops regardless of Zombies. Treyarch is actually willing to change the CoD formula.

They just made $60 pricetag better. Unfortunately, I never had the chance to experience World at War so this is a nice addition. Looking forward to it. :)

Answer 5: the CoD franchise is a shell of what it once was and there are tons of other shooters coming out that got me way more interested that Black Ops (No, not MoH :P)

It would be insanely funny if it got above 85% and beat Reach,but that's unlikely. The only way that's going to happen is if Activision forced the review sites and magazines to write positive reviews for the game, but I doubt they would do that because it would probably ruin their map pack partnership with Microsoft.

I am not supporting ACTI, and I am not a fan of Treyarch. W@W was very, very disappointing for me.

I'll keep my eye out on the Metascore, and see if this one surprises me...but I lost faith in Treyarch. I wish they would go back to Spidey games.

Treyarch are the generic COD team to me.

"Josh Olin, Treyarch's Community Mananger, confirmed that this content will be included in the special editions of their next game,Call of Duty: Black Ops.

On his Twitter, Olin stated that the Hardened and Prestige editions of Black Ops will include all four of the existing maps in World at War."

I am not supporting ACTI, and I am not a fan of Treyarch. W@W was very, very disappointing for me.

I'll keep my eye out on the Metascore, and see if this one surprises me...but I lost faith in Treyarch. I wish they would go back to Spidey games.

I'm still getting it. I don't like the exclusive guns but it won't stop me from having fun with it.

If a subscription model like the one described in MaxConsole's rumor thingie isn't enough to deter people I imagine nothing will be. It mentions withholding maps for regular users, offering content exclusive to subscribers and further segmenting the community through higher capacity subscriber only servers. And things will only go downhill from there.

I don't really care if the userbase is segmented or whatever because the base-level game ought to have enough content for my needs. Since I'm not buying the game used I'm not even giving any money to Activision (not that I'm against giving them money for a game I will enjoy).

I was gonna get it either way. It's the same good old formula and Treyarch will learn from Infinty Ward mistake. New maps,weapons,equipment,singleplayer,ect is all I need.

So then, you can imagine what you are in for with a Treyarch "generic every other year" COD game...a worse COD.

Nope, never again......never, again.

This is a reason why I know System wars doesn't represent the outside world at all. COD is gonna sell boatloads no matter what.

Oh yeah, It'll sell a lot of units. But the poll actually looks fairly representative of the market as a whole. If anything, a higher % of SW respondents will be getting the game than the public at large.

Buying a game used ensures ACTIVISION gets no money. Activision is worthy of boycott in many eyes, but a good game is a good game.

My issue is that I don't like Treyarch, so they will have to do A LOT to impress me, I thougt W@W sucked (I don't know why I bought that, I didn't like Treyarch then either, but I bought it used, so eh.).

If I do end up getting the game, it's because Treyarch managed to impress me...BUT I will still buy the game used, as it will ensure ACTI gets no money.

Unlike most of the community here, I don't get butt-hurt when I play a game online. I actually play FOR FUN (ZOMG!?!?!)!!!!!!

So yea, I was planning on getting it regardless of the Zombie Mode. WITH Zombies comming back, I'll just be that much mroe excited for it.

What's the point to this? Not giving Activision money, but you'll get CoD:BO anyways because you think the game will be fun? Odd, I thought good games DESERVED to make money...

Zombies was fun in WaW, but the lag is what ended up killing it for me. In the end, that's what COD is, a game that people play despite it being laggy, which is broken in an online game.
