Fable 2 is supposed to have all the things that Fable didn't. If it does then it will very much live up to the hype. Either way, i liked Fable and will buy Fable 2.

I dont ever recall anyone ever calling it an Elderscrolls killer. you made that up. Also, i dont know about rivaling final fantasy since Fable is nearly an open world game. One more thing you have to know is to take everything Peter "the promise maker" Molyneaux says with a grain of salt.
the first one was supposed to do everything the second one is supposed to be doing. Will it actually do it this time? I wasnt a huge fan of the first game and the odds of it reaching FF status arent too high. I hope Peter M. does right on this one.

Sales don't determine floppage here, smart guy. GS scores do. Otherwise, people wouldn't be able to bring up the 8.8 score when talking about the godly Twilight Princess.

no..on gamespot is was hyped to get an AAA rating and it failed to do so..therefore it is flop on gamespot..no excuses

i greatly enjoyed fable. it had tons of problems but i loved it, i can't wait to play fable 2. who cares if it Flopped on SW>

The Elder scrolls 1 Arena way back in the day set the bar, so did all the ES games, and all the FF games, but not Fable. Who said anything about setting the bar? It will be one of the best RPGs of all time. Why expect any less?
Well, the creators saw the reaction it got when it failed to deliver what they promised. Assuming that they take this into consideration and pull off everything they said will be in Fable 2 then it will be a great game.

It will be one of the best RPGs of all time. Why expect any less? I can see by your Gamer tag that you've played Oblivion, so I doubt your a Fable fanboy. But how will it light the RPG world? Even if it was that good along the lines of Oblivion I doubt it would light the RPG world, theres many different types of RPG's.

Fable was just very short. I completed it in 9 hours. Which is disastrous for an RPG. But other then the length is was a great game. Surely, after all the negative talk about it's length, they won't make the same mistake for Fable 2. Which means all that's left will be a great game.

I love fable, its one of the better games on the xbox. I liked that it wasnt so geeky like so many RPG's. I hate all that "you have to be a 24th level plum mage to enter here" It was ace fun and i cant wait for the second one.

fable is the casual gamer's RPG..morrowind was for the true hardcore rpg lovers.

Seriously people only like complicated things because it makes them feel special. The simpler something is the better something is. FACT!
