Why are PS3 fans so bitter about Mass Effect?

Or maybe that the PS3 doesn't have any gamesright now that can compete with the origniality, style, and gameplay of Mass Effect. Just wait for "but I don't want to play a shooter!"

Thats what I've been trying to say, Bioware has never made any game ever,that wasn't on the pc.  I've waited for jade empire, I can wait for mass effect

Leave it to one blind fanboy to generalize an entire fanbase based upon the opinions of other blind fanboys.  I was surprised by the supposed downgrade, but it's BioWare. Anyone with sense knows they know what they're doing.

I personally can't wait for the major upgrade in the pc version. Trust me, its coming.

only game im impressed with that surpasses mass effect and gears of war is final fantasy, but that is if the screenshots are real time, and if the game is not getting ported to 360Radeon_X1950XTX

Oblivion, probably the largest video game ever made, fits on one DVD. That shows how BluRay is not needed this gen. Especially since the 360 has a hard drive anyways.

Of course there was no downgrade. It never looked like those touched up super crisp screens rendered on a PC to begin with. Still looks great, but just like GeOW, there are plenty of doctored photos of specially rendered scenes from a PC to make it look even better. Lazy_Boy88

I think that's the best response to the question asked since it isn't targeted at a certain group and it shows the reasons behind the bashing.

Of course, only a fanboy would bash a game without an arguement. How exactly is it for nerds? What exactly is a nerd? What is the D&D lifestyle? I didnt know that a tabletop roleplaying game = a video game rpg. My hunch is that your mad that your system wont have any bioware games. And my good sir, bioware games dont flop.

I don't care if it's nerdy. I won't deny myself possibly the best game of 2007 because of this. I like things that are nerdy. I like Warcraft. I like the Alien films. I have almost every major character from Warcraft memorized. I enjoy collectible card games. I liked the movie Serenity. I'd rather spend my time RPing with a guild in WoW than going outside. I like fantasy settings filled with dragons and magic and evil and good. I like Harry Potter.

Waiting for Jade Empire was so worth it. It's graphically superior to the Xbox version in every way. TekkenMaster606
