Why are Sony Exclusives not called out on for being boring/ not original?

Reviews are opinions.

Some people think Uncharted is boring.

Some people think Gears is boring.

Why should it matter?

Because lots of games don't called out for bull crap. Gears of War got away with a poor netcode, and Halo gets away with a lot of stupidity. jg4xchamp

why am i having fun playing them since tc say they are boring. I'm must be doing something wrong. plz tc show me how to play games so that they are no longer fun

It flopped and this lem is still not satisfied? If I was a lem I would still be posting vids all over youtube saying that KZ3 flopped.

There is so much wrong with your post I'm not even sure where to begin.

First off, your thread title implies that ALL sony exclusives are boring an unoriginal. This is opinion at best, at false at worst. And your supposed support for your percieved favoritism of Sony games is nothing more than your own opinion that Killzone 3 is bad? If Killzone 3 was so terrible then why is it getting consistenly good scores from gaming critics?

I have Killzone 2 but won't get Killzone 3 because I'm not a huge fan of FPS's. But Killzone 2 was hardly boring. There was something big and explody and cool happening throughout that entire game. It never once slowed down. If the game had a major flaw it was the fact that there was literaly no story. You start the game being told you are invading the planet to get the general, or whatever, and that is literally the whole game. So no story, but hardly boring action.

And finally, this is the System Wars forum. Every single game ever released gets bashed by somebody for some ridiculous reason. Games that don't score 10s here are called flops. And yet IF a game does score a 10 people bash it even more. Sales don't matter unless they help your cause, and graphics don't matter unless you have the best. Exlcusives for the other consoles suck until they are ported over and suddenly they are the best games ever, etc, etc, etc.

But still, it all just boils down to you hate Killzone and decided to make an extremely whiny, fanboy thread about it without any real evidence backing your opinion. And opinions without facts are called biases.

Halo is boring as hell IMO , it doesn't matter if I can share the boreness with another ,a couple of other , or three other people, again it's just my opinion and I'm probably minority.It's basically a consensus Reach's story sux , halo's only got its multiplayer going for it , much like call of duty , two franchises that I completely lost my interest over the years.I haven't had the opportunity to play offline co op in kz3 so I can't say anything but its single players is the freshiest for me , the multiplayer too , with integrated objectives and whatnot , not that I reall care for the latter.

Boring is an opinion. Halo 3 -Reachare boring to me, but KZsarenot, go figure. It's all depending on what you like and how you like it.

I think TC should post under their real screen name and stop hiding.

Yes, because inFamous, LittleBigPlanet, SOCOM, MAG, Warhawk, Twisted Metal, Motorstorm, Valkyria Chronicles, and Heavy Rain are all "boring and unoriginal." :roll:

As for the offline co-op, I played it with a friend a couple nights ago. I noticed maybe one framerate drop. Otherwise, it was very playable. I've played through worse framerate drops in single player games like Fallout 3.

To be fair TC a lot of exclusives titles to come out this gen aren't known for being original. But that didn't stop them from being good games.

Ever played a killzone game? If so, I hope you played something called WARZONE. Five hour long campagin? Try 8 hours.

BTW, why don`t you use your original account? Also why do people think 8.5 is a bad score? 10 is the best a game cane get. 10 - 1.5 = 8.5. Which means the game is only ONE and a HALF point from getting the highest score.

You only name one exclusive as an example and you counter it with Halo? Your post doesn't really fit the title. I think you should change the topic title to "How did Killzone 3 score so high?" or something

What I ask is how could Black Ops (aka Lag Ops) score a 9.0 on GG when the game has unreliable connection, overpowered killstreak, gunship which kills with two bullets, the single player? The enemy has a weapons of MASS DESTRUCTION we must kill them and SAVE THE WORLD and lifes of thousands of innocents! Oh and the russians are the bad guys...AGAIN! Why did Black Ops deserve a 9.0 and why didn?t Killzone 3 deserve a 8.5 TC? **** online, same BS campaign, only thing good to the game is ZOMBIES, and that`s not orginial either is it? Tell me why do COD games score 9s when they are basically the SAME damn thing. It has been running on the same engine since COD4 damn it. *runs to the kitchen, takes a COLD glass water*

I consider every Xbox 360 exclusive to be boring except Forza, and it's not original in any way. PS3 exclusives are far and away better than xbox, although they still can't touch pc.
