idk, maybe they don't want to spend more money for somewhat better graphics/performance (or are we bringing back resolutiongate?).
Maybe they don't want to sit in front of a desk to game (yes you can hook up a pc to the tv, i know, i do it myself)
Maybe they don't like using mouse and keyboard. (yes you can hook up a controller but for multiplayer games, why handicap yourself against people who play with M&K and would regularly stomp on you).
Maybe they don't want to deal with the headaches and troubleshooting that come with constant windows, nvidia, and other updates. (I've had the HDR break in Assassins creed origins on my PC 2 times already because of windows updates not being compatible with the game, took me a day and a half to get it fixed and i lost my enthusiasm to play the game in the process, heck i still have to finish it but im scared to boot it up and find HDR broken again since its been months since i got on the game.)
