Why do people defend ps3 when it comes to rpgs?

I am far from a graphics hound but that game could be on the Gameboy Advance easy. IMO that is just unacceptable. 360 even has some low quality rpgs like ziod assualt but no one is acting like it is a huge slot in the rpg area for the 360. If it was not exclusive I see no way that cows would not mention this game near as much as they do but I see it mentioned a lot. rybe1025

Disgaea was an ugly series on PS2. But it doesn't have fans because of its looks. It has fans because of the complexity and depth. You are talking about a game with possibly 100s of hours of gameplay in it in its sheer depth.

AHAHAHAH...The XBOX 360 has FOUR exclusive RPGs out NOW and has infinite undiscovery and Fable 2 coming very soon (2008)...The PS3 has NONE exclusive RPGs available and only one exclusive RPG coming, WKS, which might be good but it might not even come this year.

I know it's extremely rare, like glimpses of Bigfoot or the Loch Ness Monster, but every once in awhile, a few 360s out in the world actually function (between RROD binges, of course). In those brief interludes, there are RPGs to play, unlike the PS3.

lol @ Internal Sonata...Eternal Sonata i beleive is what he meant...and he does have a point, ive played all those games on my 360 and only played Folklore on my PS3 which isnt a true JRPG...360 did a good job this gen, ya gotta give em credit

I already said that its not uncommon for poeple to say ignorant and fanboyish things like that on System Wars and mean it. Its almost impossible to determine sarcasm on the internet...I explained why I called him an idiot and meant it until he said he was sarcastic. And now that guy is still going on about the issue, when it was solved long ago..

Haven't you heard? If it isn't set in medieval times or doesn't have teenage guys with big swords its not an RPG :roll:

The way I see it, is currently, no console has a -decent- selection of RPG's
All of the "Big Hitters" are coming out in the future, so it's not like anyone can support any console for it's RPG's right now, as for all intents and purposes, the majority of them, we have no idea how they'll turn out

People constantly say "360 RPG King" but right now, it's RPG library is nothing to brag about., 1 multiplat AAA, 1 exclusive AA, 1 Multiplat AA does not an RPG King make.
